You get screened out of some surveys on every survey site, but the sites below still pay you a small bonus when that happens, or never send you a survey you do not qualify for. Below I show what each one gives you when you do not qualify, the minimum and how it pays.

12 best survey sites that offer a disqualification bonus
The sites I will include on this list aren’t the only sites that offer a disqualification bonus. Instead, these are the sites that I think are worth your time based on my experience after having tested hundreds of paid survey sites.
They are also relatively user-friendly, and they offer convenient payment methods. I will keep updating this list, so make sure to bookmark this page and check back from time to time for new opportunities.
#1 Opinion Inn

- Available in
- Opinion Inn is on my list for 9 countriesMore or less all countries. This shows my country lists, not a check of who can sign up. It can also work in other countries.
- If you do not qualify
- $0.10
- Cash out from
- $25
- Paid via
- PayPal
Opinion Inn is a fairly straightforward online rewards site, but it also has some unique features. It offers surveys you can answer, and in return, you get paid. You will receive a small compensation ($0.10) even if you get disqualified from a survey.
On average, you will likely qualify for around 25% of the surveys, which is very good for a survey site. That’s the biggest reason why it is on this list. And you also get a $10 joining bonus.
The payout threshold is relatively high ($25), but it does pay relatively well per survey, so you won’t have a hard time hitting the threshold. It is available globally, but you will find the most opportunities if you live in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Singapore, and India.
#2 Survey Junkie

- Available in
- Survey Junkie is on my list for 4 countriesThis shows my country lists, not a check of who can sign up. It can also work in other countries.
- If you do not qualify
- $0.03
- Cash out from
- $5
- Paid via
- PayPal · Bank transfer · Gift cards
Survey Junkie is a survey site that is available in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Aside from answering surveys online, you can also earn from this site by testing products, participating in focus groups, and doing phone surveys.
If you are disqualified from a survey, you will still receive $0.03, which, in my opinion, isn’t a bad outcome. But what makes this a good site to join is its low payout threshold of $5. You won’t have to wait very long to withdraw your earnings.
Once you reach the threshold, you can then withdraw your earnings via PayPal or convert them to gift cards. So, it’s pretty easy to get to the threshold the first time.
#3 Opinion Edge

- Available in
- Opinion Edge is on my list for 4 countriesThis shows my country lists, not a check of who can sign up. It can also work in other countries.
- If you do not qualify
- 2 to 10 points ($0.02 to $0.10), by how far you got
- Cash out from
- $10at level 1; lower at higher levels
- Paid via
- Tango gift card · PayPal (from level 3)
Opinion Edge is one of the newer paid survey sites. It is very user-friendly and offers a good number of paid surveys.
A unique thing this panel offers is that you do not get a specific bonus when you do not qualify for a survey, but the bonus will depend on when during the survey you are told you do not qualify. And you will get between $0.02-$0.10, so it has one of the highest disqualification bonuses I have come across on a survey site.
Also, it has an app for both iOS and Android, so you can earn from your phone if you prefer.
#4 PaidViewpoint

- Available in
- PaidViewpoint is on my list for 4 countriesThis shows my country lists, not a check of who can sign up. It can also work in other countries.
- If you do not qualify
- You always qualify
- Cash out from
- $15first cash-out; then $10, then $5
- Paid via
- PayPal · Gift cards (some countries)
PaidViewpoint is one of the better survey sites out there. The main reason for this is, PaidViewpoint will never offer you a survey you will not qualify for. So, you won’t get disqualified, and therefore I have added it to this list even though you do not, as such, get a bonus when you do not qualify – you just simply always qualify.
The only downside to this kind of system is, you won’t be invited to answer surveys often. But at least, once you do get invited, you are guaranteed to earn. Their threshold is $15, but they do pay a decent amount for every survey you answer. So, you won’t have a hard time reaching the threshold.
In theory, you can join from any country, but you will only really find surveys here if you live in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
#5 InboxPounds

- Available in
- UK
- If you do not qualify
- A spin on the prize wheel (up to 10 a day)
- Cash out from
- £20PayPal and gift cards; prepaid Mastercard £50
- Paid via
- PayPal · Gift cards · Prepaid Mastercard
InboxPounds is more of a Get-Paid-To (GPT) site rather than a survey site really. That’s because it offers multiple ways for you to earn. Aside from answering surveys, you can also complete paid offers, read emails, join their contests, download apps, and more to earn rewards.
It does have a relatively high payout threshold of £20 for PayPal and gift cards, which is more than I would prefer, but since it offers plenty of ways for you to earn, you won’t have a hard time reaching the threshold.
The threshold is even higher if you choose to redeem a prepaid Mastercard (£50). The site is only for UK residents, though. So, if you don’t live in the UK, then this site is not for you. As for their disqualification bonus, you will earn a “Spin the Wheel” entry where you can win prizes like Survey Tokens worth £0.06 and £0.03 or Cash Bonuses at £5.00, £1.00, and £0.01. You can only spin 10 times per day, though.
#6 CashInstyle

- Available in
- CashInstyle is on my list for 1 countriesMore or less worldwide. This shows my country lists, not a check of who can sign up. It can also work in other countries.
- If you do not qualify
- A bonus on some surveys
- Cash out from
- $2depends on the method
- Paid via
- PayPal · Crypto · Gift cards
CashInStyle is a GPT site that allows users to earn money by completing surveys, watching ads, participating in contests, and completing offers. It has a decent number of surveys available, but just keep in mind that not all of them offer a disqualification bonus.
It pays via PayPal, or you can convert your earnings to crypto. You can also redeem gift cards via Tremendous. It doesn’t have a mobile app you can download, but the member dashboard is optimized for mobile use.
It is available more or less worldwide, so you can sign up as a member anywhere in the world.
#7 Poll Pay

- Available in
- More or less worldwide
- If you do not qualify
- $0.01
- Cash out from
- $25PayPal in US dollars; €15 in euros; withdrawal fee
- Paid via
- PayPal · Amazon gift cards
Poll Pay is a survey site where you can earn by answering surveys and getting referrals. If you end up not qualifying for a survey, you will still receive a $0.01 disqualification bonus. It’s not much, but at least it’s something.
It has a low payout threshold of $5, and when you reach it, you can withdraw it via PayPal. In some countries, you can also redeem gift cards instead. It is available more or less worldwide. So, compatibility won’t really be an issue.
Poll Pay also has a very user-friendly app, so you won’t have a hard time getting used to how it works.
#8 Eureka Surveys

- Available in
- US
- If you do not qualify
- $0.02
- Cash out from
- $5 gift cards$10 PayPal
- Paid via
- PayPal · Bank transfer · Gift cards +1 more
Eureka Surveys is another survey app and website where you can earn simply by answering surveys or polls. You can also earn by inviting other people to join.
It’s a fairly straightforward app and website. When you fail to qualify for a survey, you will still receive $0.02. It only pays via PayPal but their support team told me they are planning to add gift cards as a reward option.
You can withdraw your earnings once you’ve earned $10, which is a relatively low threshold, in my opinion. It is only available in the US, though. But the app is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.
#9 The Panel Station

- Available in
- The Panel Station is on my list for 11 countries
Australia
Egypt
Germany
India
Kuwait
New Zealand
Philippines
Qatar
Saudi Arabia
South Africa
United Arab Emirates
- If you do not qualify
- 20 points (1,000 points is around $1.50)
- Cash out from
- $53,000 points
- Paid via
- Gift cards
The Panel Station is a fairly straightforward survey site. You answer surveys to earn points. You can then use the points to redeem various gift cards. If you fail to qualify for a survey, you will instead receive 20 points.
The disqualification bonus isn’t much, and just to give you perspective, 1,000 points is equivalent to around $1.5. But it is still good that you receive something when you do not qualify for a survey, in my opinion.
Their threshold is around $5, but to be specific, you will need to earn at least 3,000 points before you can redeem a gift card. The availability of gift cards will also depend on the country you live. If you want to know which countries, it is available in, just click the link to the review above.
#10 Payswell

- Available in
- US and Canada
- If you do not qualify
- Usually around 5 points ($0.05)
- Cash out from
- Depends on the rewardand your location
- Paid via
- Gift cards · Charity donations
Payswell is the new survey site that lets you earn rewards by answering surveys. It does offer a small compensation if you get disqualified from a survey.
You can use the rewards you’ve earned to redeem various gift cards, or you can donate your earnings to charity. It doesn’t have a mobile app you can download, but the website is mobile-friendly, so you can answer surveys conveniently on your phone.
It is primarily available to users in the United States, the UK, and Canada, so if you live somewhere else, this is not for you.
#11 Fair Opinions

- Available in
- US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
- If you do not qualify
- Up to 15 points ($0.15), by survey length
- Cash out from
- $2.50 gift cards$10 PayPal$25 bank transfer
- Paid via
- PayPal · Gift cards · Venmo +1 more
Fair Opinions is a market research site that rewards you for answering surveys. There are a decent number of surveys available if you live in the US. You’ll receive a certain number of points depending on the length of the survey you were disqualified from.
It pays via PayPal, gift cards, Venmo, and bank transfer. The payout threshold will depend on the payout method you choose. For example, if you want to get paid via PayPal, the threshold will be $10. If you want to withdraw your earnings directly to your bank account, the threshold will be $25.
It is available in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
#12 Purkle

- Available in
- Australia
- If you do not qualify
- $0.20
- Cash out from
- $20
- Paid via
- Gift cards · Ticketek vouchers
Purkle is a survey site that will let you earn rewards by answering surveys. It is only available in Australia, so if you live somewhere else, this is not for you.
It pays a decent amount per survey, and once you’ve earned at least $20, you can redeem various gift cards. It doesn’t offer cash rewards, which is its biggest downside, in my opinion.
Why do survey sites screen you?
Survey sites screen you before you take the actual survey. They want to make sure their clients, who ordered and paid for the survey, get useful data. Companies use that data to make decisions about their products and services.
An example
A detergent company orders a survey about its detergent. The survey site then has to make sure the people who answer it do the laundry or buy the detergent. Otherwise, the answers are useless to the company.
You will not always qualify
It can be frustrating, but it is part of the process on every survey site, and you cannot avoid it.
Some sites still pay you
The sites on this list give you something when you are screened out, so your time is not completely wasted. The comparison shows what each one gives.
How to earn the most?
- Answer honestlySurvey sites value honesty above everything else. The good ones have systems that notice if you answer randomly just to finish fast.
- Use every way to earnMany survey sites also pay for referrals, paid offers or contests.
- Join 5 to 7 sitesA great starting point: more earning opportunities without getting overwhelmed. Join more later when you can handle it.
How I choose the sites on this list

I only put a site on this list when I have tested it myself. I test hundreds of sites every year, and I keep this list updated.
What I look at
- A reward when you do not qualify, or no screen-outs at all
- Worth your time, from my own tests
- Easy to use
- Convenient payment methods
Ready to start?
All of these sites are free to join. Join around 5 to 7 sites, so you get access to more earning opportunities without getting overwhelmed. You can join more later when you feel you can handle it.
I keep this list updated, so bookmark this page. Know a site that belongs here, or have a question? Leave a comment below.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I keep getting disqualified for surveys?
Survey sites screen you to make sure their clients get useful answers from the right group of people. If you are not in the group a survey is meant for, you do not qualify.
It happens on every survey site. Answer honestly, and join sites that still pay you something when you are screened out.
Which survey app doesn’t disqualify?
PaidViewpoint never offers you a survey you do not qualify for, so you always get paid for the surveys you get. The downside is that you are not invited very often.
It is mainly worth it in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
Which survey sites offer no minimum payout?
None of the sites on this list pay without a minimum. The lowest is CashInstyle, from $2, depending on the payout method.
Opinion Edge drops to $1 once you reach level 3.
Which survey site pays immediately?
On Eureka Surveys, you can expect your money more or less instantly if you have done everything honestly. It is only available in the US.
Can you make $100 a day on surveys?
No. A disqualification bonus is a few cents, so it only makes screen-outs less frustrating. Survey sites are a way to earn some extra money on the side, not a living.
I like you mate thank you for all useful info you always provide, anyway, does Fair Opinion require ID verification to redeem ?
Thank you
Thanks. Happy to hear my info helps you. Most sites ask for some kind of verification at some point, but they also often change the exact procedure, so I cannot say for sure.
Ok thank you 😊
You are welcome.

Hello Mikael . It’s a surprise to see Panel Station in the list . I used to take surveys from Panel Station , withdrew a couple times , but it was a rather troublesome site , no longer worth trying , then I just started to ignore it , didn’t even bother to finish my account .
If it really started to pay for disqualfications I must check it out . By the way , the list has a recent update , so , you noticed it in October ? How long have you started this list ?
I agree Panel Station can be a troublesome site and that is why it is not higher on the list. But there are not many sites that offer a disqualification bonus and it is one of them and that is why it is on the list – just be aware that it might not offer a bonus like that in all countries.
