But it seems to have become worse since it first started. Since 2022, several readers report cashouts that did not arrive, and emails to support that get no reply. Readers also report being disqualified at the end of long surveys. There are better sites to spend your time on.

Is Eureka Surveys legit and safe?
Eureka Surveys paid me in the past. Several readers now report payout problems, and I have not withdrawn from it for a long time. Here is what you should know.
- Cashouts that never arrived
Between 2022 and 2024, readers reported PayPal cashouts that did not arrive, some after months of waiting. One reader points to the terms and conditions, which say Eureka is not responsible if your funds go missing.
- Support does not answer
The support used to be great, and its goal is to reply within 2 days. But readers report dozens of emails with only an incident number and no reply. I agree that the customer service is now bad.
- Disqualified at the end of a survey
Several readers report that they spent up to 20 minutes on a survey, and were told at the end that they would not get credit.
- US only
It is not very clear on the website who can join, but you can only join if you live in the US. It has been like that for a few years.

Once you log in, you see the available surveys, how much each pays and about how long it takes. In my experience, the time estimate is fairly accurate, and the rewards are quite good compared to many other survey sites. You are guaranteed at least $1 for the very first survey you complete.
You find the most surveys from Monday through Friday. You will not qualify for all of them, but the qualification rate is quite high. When you do not qualify, you get 2 cents. See the top sites that offer a disqualification bonus.

Daily poll1 cent
A new one-question poll every day. It takes one second, pays 1 cent, and then shows how other members answered.
Welcome survey$1 once
When you join, you take a short welcome survey, which is more like a tutorial. It takes a couple of minutes at most, and you get $1 right away.
How much can you make?
Eureka Surveys offers quite a lot of surveys, and they pay quite well compared to some other sites. But Eureka alone will not give you many opportunities to earn, and it is not a way to make a living online.

You earn cash, not points, and you see it in your account right after a survey. Eureka says that if you did everything honestly, you get your money instantly. Half of the surveys I do that’s 50 cent waits till I’m down with the survey says I’m disqualified and I’m not being credited but I did the whole survey.

These are scam artists. Go look at their Terms and Conditions. They say they aren’t responsible if they decide they don’t feel like paying you or if your funds “go missing” or they just don’t have the funds to pay you. Yet guarantee on the home page and on the app that you will be compensated for the work you put in. You essentially agree to free labor and the entire facade is just a farce. It’s ridiculous. Customer services ignores emails. Report to BBB so others are aware of this scam.

You are correct – cashed out in 5/11/23 and still waiting- emailed them dozens of times – I get an incident number but never a reply
I just spent almost 20 minutes on a cell service survey and after i got to the end it said i would be credited when i hit next. Instead it said i wasnt getting credit. After they get all their answers..then they disqualiffy you…
