Is PanelOpinea legit and safe?
Yes, PanelOpinea is legit: it rewards you for answering its surveys. That does not make it worth much of your time. Here is what you should know.

Every PayPal withdrawal has a 2% fee, so you do not receive the full amount you request.

PanelOpinea used to be open in more countries. Now it is only open in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Germany.
My takePanelOpinea is not a bad survey site, but it is not that good either. I would only recommend it if you need another survey site to earn from, and I would warn you not to expect much from it. How you earn on PanelOpinea
There is only one way to earn: paid surveys.

PanelOpinea emails you when there is a survey for you, with the reward and the estimated time. You can also log in to your member dashboard and see all available surveys.
You first answer a few qualifying questions. If you qualify, you go on to the actual survey and the reward shows in your PanelOpinea balance when you complete it.
