Is Prime Opinion legit and safe?
Yes, Prime Opinion is legit. It really pays you to answer surveys, and I have been paid by it myself. But legit does not mean it is right for everyone. Here is what you should know before you start.
- You will not qualify for every survey
Every survey starts with qualifying questions. If you do not fit the group the survey is for, you are screened out. How easy it is to qualify depends a lot on your demographic and your country. That goes for any survey site.
- Accounts can be put on hold
Some readers say their account was put on hold while Prime Opinion checked the quality of their answers. Usually, if you do everything honestly, there are no problems. But errors can happen. Answer honestly and keep your answers consistent.
- You may have to verify yourself
Prime Opinion can ask for verification, for example by phone. More or less all free earning platforms ask for verification before they pay you. They have to do this to avoid fraud.
- Some game missions ask you to pay
Some game missions ask for an in-game purchase and pay higher rewards for it. Not all of them are worth it. I would only do them in a game I would keep playing anyway.
- Never use a VPN or another country’s surveys
You have to stick to the surveys available in your own country. Faking your country is fraud and gets you banned.

You first answer a few qualifying questions. If you qualify, you take the survey. If not, you move on to the next one. Most surveys take around 10 to 15 minutes.

How much can you make?
Prime Opinion pays well per survey. It is among the highest-paying survey sites I have come across, so you can earn a decent amount from it.
You get a $1 bonus after you complete your profile. You also get a small number of points each time your membership level goes up.
You will not always qualify for the surveys you try. That is just how it is with paid surveys. Overall, I would say the earning potential is relatively good, as extra cash on the side.

While this site has a lot of opportunities to earn, it’s horrible for surveys as it relates to time spent and money earned. There is a lot of bait & switch surveys. In many cases, a 5-7 minute survey ends up being 15 minutes or more for the same reward. In many cases, you get bounced from the original survey and end up doing something longer. In one case, I got bounced 5 times and redirected to another longer survey than advertised. Another time, I spent 5-7 minutes answering questions, then get bounced only to get 1 credit. Spending 20+ minutes for a couple dollars is not worth the effort. I’m going to hit the minimum on this site, cash out, and then drop it.

No, I haven’t violated the terms in any way. I haven’t used a VPN, exploited any vulnerabilities, opened multiple accounts, or provided false references. I’ve simply been banned. They returned yesterday, and after I’ve repeatedly contacted them, they say I can’t withdraw money again. However, there’s a catch: my ban will be lifted on August 20th. This means I can complete surveys and offers again after that time. However, I won’t be able to withdraw the money. So, I can earn money, but I can’t withdraw it 😀 Please help, sir… I’m very demoralized, I’ve put in a lot of effort…
Did they say your ban will be lifted but you will not be able to withdraw? Because that sounds strange. Usually, if you are not banned anymore, then you can use it and withdraw again.
Unfortunately, there is not really anything I can do about it. If their support have looked at your case and decided this, unfortunately there is nothing to do other than focus on other sites instead.
Very worth while doing these surveys. Don’t be disappointed if you don’t qualify as there’s always more to do. A little bit of patience is all you need, very interesting and very rewarding.

Prime Opinion is a joke! Their site says, “The average user made $11 yesterday.” Ha! When you first sign up it’s great. You can actually make good money quickly. But once you reach certain levels and cash out, they screw you. If you’re lucky to qualify for a survey, you’ll still get ripped off. They will tell you the survey lasts “5 minutes,” but then when it starts they say, “This survey will be 20 minutes or more.” And if you make it through and give them all of your information, you’ll usually get a, “Sorry. The advertiser has screened you out. But here’s 4 points for giving all your information to us.”

help me please i registred today on prime opinion … so after getting screened out for 20time or more i could make 360 point as i set my withdraw limit to 5$ …but the website surprized me with acc verification and it has been more than 5hours but it still locked for review … i just wanted to know if it is normal or abnormal ??

Terrible first day experience. Imagine only managed to complete 1 survey (the intro survey) and the next 6 surveys are all SCREENED OUT. The last survey took me 36 mins to complete and it was SCREENED OUT and NO COMPENSATION POINTS??? Because of all that chaos, the initial more than 10 surveys left suddenly became NONE probably because I was constantly screened out. Overall trash experience.

Very good and honest. Sometimes the surveys do kick you out in the middle but hey that is on every survey website. But what I like about prime is they will let you know what not to do when taking a survey so you can minimize your chances of getting disqualified. I really like them for this.

Payment is immediate when you finally get to the cash out level for what you want, but after after you’ve made £10, it becomes increasingly hard to complete surveys and get the points. I’m constantly being screened out.

Haven’t qualified for a survey in three days now, although we are coming out of a holiday period. So much for the extra incentive by keeping a streak going.
Continue to be in the lower 7% of all users for Prime Opinion, so hardly any incentive to continue. Clearly there are some demographics that are at a huge disadvantage on here when trying to qualify for surveys.
Experience glitches on a daily basis, and also see the same survey on my dashboard multiple times which seems odd, surely PO can prevent this from happening somehow. I wonder if there is a preferred browser recommended for attempting these surveys.

I read reviews there are some that mention you may not get paid on a survey , the user confronted prime opinion they said that the company stopped paying them so there is no money to disperse, but the survey company ( prime opinion ) will keep running that survey anyways , i have done some and not gotten paid ,happens on different survey apps /groups this should be listed as a con here

This is a very good survey website! I joined it and I am pleased with it. I have been able to redeem an Amazon gift card and about 50$ cash through PayPal. It takes time and patience but the payout is much quicker and easy to get than other websites.

Update on my use of this portal:
Now in the bottom 13% of all users, so clearly my demographic (65+) is a hindrance to being accepted for many of these surveys, Attempted 5 of them this morning, and screened out immediately without answering any of the survey questions.
I will say that the payment process seems to be quick (I’ve primarily been using Paypal) and the weekly perk if you keep your streak alive is also a plus.

Made about 30$ in few days here. I like the way they give you survey opportunities, First they ask you few small questions and then they forward you to the best surveys for you. So the chances of getting denied is far less than other surveys I have ever used before. I like their system a lot.

I must say most of the surveys are good and short and to the point and you get money… It is very easy to do the surveys on Prime Opinion compare to other platforms. And if you talk about payment method, they have a lot of them.

The problem is surveys reduce over time, after 3 weeks I barely get a survey a day, which means I lose my streak, and according to PO I’m not being blocked by the surveyors. Great at first but obviously there will be less surveys over time and it loses its value. Same thing happened to my mum and sister. Don’t rely on it for long term high payouts.

My experience with them is pretty good, Sometimes it will be hard to get quality for a survey but it is good that they have pre-survey questions to check if you are qualify for the survey or not. I am now in the top 29% of users on Prime Opinion, which clearly indicates I am being screened out a lot. Fully expect to be in the top 15% of users in a week or so. On another note, there doesn’t seem to be a day go buy where at least one survey shows up with a glitch or the same survey showing up on my dashboard multiple times which is extremely annoying. This happened with a recent Censuswide Survey. Let’s just say my visit to this portal has been less than stellar.

Not a big fan of AI screening folks out on surveys. Unfortunately my demographic is a hindrance being a senior means you are already at a disadvantage with these survey companies.
On another site where I attempt CPX surveys there is a stat category that keep tabs on your survey success or lack thereof. Currently, I complete about 18% where I get reward pts. Pretty much the same percentages as at Prime Opinion.
I haven’t even reached the $10 threshold on Prime Opinion after almost two weeks which is absurd and obviously not worth my time going forward.
Be interesting to know what percentage of people fabricate their age, employment and so on at these sites, I bet its higher than you think.

As for people faking their info, then survey sites have strict security that catches inconsistencies, etc. The reason we can get paid to take surveys is because the market research is valuable for the companies and if people lie it is basically fraud and the info is worthless for the companies. Survey sites know many people try to cheat jut for the money, so they have strict security and if you do lie, you should expect to get banned and lose your earnings at some point when they detect it.

It was a bad experience. I have complete two survey and then It’ll ask for phone verification. I have complete phone verification and then it’ll ask for reviews. After reviews, When I click a survey and then it’ll show me you do not qualify for the survey. I tried 4/5 survey but it’ll show same message.

It has only been a day, so you need to be a bit more patient. If you have still not heard from them in a couple of days, you can try contacting them again. However, if you have used VPN or anything like that to break their terms, you should not expect an answer as they have a strict policy against fraud.

Using VPN on survey and Get-Paid-To sites is fraud because you are lying about your country. Companies pay us to take surveys because they use it for market research to improve their businesses and if people fake their identity the info they get is useless. That way you hurt a lot of people and businesses by doing this, and you are basically stealing from the site owners and this can not be justified for any reason, in my opinion. The owners of these sites are also real people with real business that are trying to make a living and you will basically be stealing from them. Also, most sites have strict security so they will find out when you use VPN, and they will block you, and you will lose your earnings.
