I tested Mingle Surveys to see if it is worth your time. It pays in points for surveys and polls, but the rewards are low, and several readers report rewards they never received. Below is what I found, and which sites I would pick first.
A real survey site, but low rewards and a long road to the threshold
Surveys by email and short polls in the app, for six European countries. Expect a long road to the threshold.

The short answer
Mingle Surveys is a real survey site. It pays you in points for answering surveys and completing other tasks, and you can cash out through a direct bank transfer or gift cards.
But the rewards are fairly low, so it takes quite a long time to reach the threshold. It is only open in six European countries. Several readers report bank transfers that did not arrive or were reversed, and support that did not reply. Do not make it your main site.
- Offers a simple way to earn

Is Mingle Surveys legit and safe?
Mingle is a real survey site that pays in points for surveys and polls. Several readers report problems with getting their rewards. Here is what you should know.
- Several readers report rewards they never received
Between 2022 and 2024, readers wrote that a bank transfer did not arrive or was reversed, and that a reward link said the reward was no longer available. One reader wrote that Mingle closed their account. My review does not show a payout, so I cannot confirm that Mingle pays.
- Support may not reply
Readers wrote that support did not reply and that the phone number did not work. The FAQ page has quite a lot of info, so check it first.
- Low rewards and a high threshold
A survey usually pays around 50 points, about £0.40. A gift card needs 1,500 points and a bank transfer 2,000 points, so it takes quite a long time to cash out.
- Surveys come by email only
Mingle has no survey list in a member dashboard. Survey invites come by email, so check your inbox regularly, or you miss them.
My takeIn my opinion, Mingle Surveys is not for everyone. It has limited earning potential compared to many other survey sites, and that is its biggest disadvantage. Several readers also report payout problems, so do not rely on it alone. Make sure to also join other sites to earn regularly.
Mingle pays little, and it takes a long time to reach the threshold. The top sites in your country give you more ways to earn.

There are 4 ways to earn. Paid surveys are the main one. Tap one to read more.
Paid surveysAround 50 points each
From time to time, Mingle invites you to a survey by email. Mingle has no member dashboard with surveys, so check your inbox regularly. Click the link in the email to go to the survey.
Most surveys do not ask you to qualify first, but sometimes they do. If you fail to qualify, you still get 10 points for your time. Not many survey sites do this. See the sites that offer a disqualification bonus.
Some surveys do not pay points, but give you entries to the prize draw.
Product testingKeep the product
From time to time, Mingle sends you a product to test. You give feedback, Mingle reviews it, and you get paid and keep the product. If you do not give feedback, Mingle stops sending you products.
I have not been invited to this, so I cannot say how it works in practice.
Polls in the appUsually 5 points
In the app, you answer short multiple-choice polls. You usually get 5 points per poll. It is not a lot, but it takes very little effort.
Prize drawsLuck only
You can win gift cards for sites like Spotify and Netflix. You enter automatically when you answer the welcome survey, and some surveys give you extra entries. A draw usually runs for a month, and the winner is announced on the first day of the next month.
How much can you make?
It mostly depends on how many surveys you complete. The other ways to earn are not offered often, so you cannot rely on them.
There is a decent number of surveys, so you can earn on a semi-regular basis. A survey usually pays around 50 points, about £0.40. It is not bad, but it is not that great either.
It takes quite a long time to reach the threshold. In my opinion, that is the biggest problem.
Payout methods and minimums
| Method | Minimum | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Gift cards: Amazon, Marks & Spencer, Zalando | 1,500 points (£12) | Redeem when you log in to the platform |
| Direct bank transfer | 2,000 points (£16) | Cash to your bank account |
You can also donate your points to a charity Mingle supports: Amnesty International, WWF, Doctors Without Borders or UNICEF.
Your points do not expire as long as you earn at least 1 point a year. They used to expire after 3 months. I like that Mingle offers direct bank transfers. For more sites with this method, see the sites that pay via direct bank transfer.
