Talk Online Panel is legit. It rewards you with points for answering surveys, and when you get a survey invite, you have already qualified for it. The reward rate is decent, in my opinion.
But paid surveys are the only way to earn, and you will not get many invites. You also need 2,000 points (€20) to redeem a reward. It is not a great main site, but it can be a decent extra one.

Is Talk Online Panel legit and safe?
Yes, Talk Online Panel is legit. You get rewards for answering its surveys. But that does not mean it is worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- Few survey invites
You never go through a qualifying process, but that system usually means fewer invites. Surveys are the only way to earn, so when there are no surveys, you earn nothing.
- A high payout threshold
You need 2,000 points (€20) to redeem a reward. With few surveys, it takes some time to get there.
- A long, unpaid profile
Your profile has a lot of questions, and you are not paid for them. Fill it out anyway: it improves your chances of getting invites.
- Not open in every country
It is for Central and Southeastern Europe. When I wrote this review, it was not accepting new members in the UK. If your country is closed, the sign-up page says so.
My takeTalk Online Panel, in my opinion, isn’t a great primary site to earn from. But if you are looking for additional survey sites to join, it can be a decent option because of the decent reward rate. Just don’t expect to earn a lot from it, and don’t expect to withdraw your earnings quickly.

Paid surveys30–300 points each
Paid surveys are the only way to earn. There is no qualifying process: when you receive an invite, you have already qualified, so you just answer it. In my opinion, that is more convenient than on many other survey sites.
The downside is that this system usually means fewer invites. Each completed survey pays 30 to 300 points, which is not a bad rate, in my opinion. Complete your profile questions in your account settings first, to improve your chances of getting invites.
Talk Trendsetter prize drawLuck only
Answer at least 80% of the surveys you are invited to in a month, and you get an entry into the monthly prize draw. Prizes vary, and are usually electronic gadgets like fitness watches and vacuum robots. There is no guarantee you win.
How much can you make?
It mostly depends on how many surveys you get, because surveys are the only way to earn. You do not control how many invites you receive. Completing your profile is the best thing you can do.
Surveys pay 30 to 300 points, which is decent. But overall, the earning potential is not that great, and it takes quite some time before you can redeem a reward.

Who can join Talk Online Panel?
You can join if you live in Central or Southeastern Europe and are at least 18. When I wrote this review, it was not accepting new members in the UK. That might have changed, so check the sign-up page: if your country is closed, it shows a message saying so.
Fill out the sign-up form and click the link in the confirmation email. When you log in, you have 100 points as a sign-up bonus. Then complete your profile questions in your account settings.
There is no app, but the website is optimized for mobile, so you can answer an invite on your phone right away.
