Surveys4Moms has closed
The Surveys4Moms website is gone. You cannot join or earn on it now. I keep my review below as a record. The survey sites I would pick instead are further down.
Surveys4Moms was a survey site that paid you in dollars for surveys, and it was open to anyone, not only moms. It has now closed. I tested it myself before that. Below is what I found, and which survey sites I would pick instead.
Surveys4Moms has closed
Surveys4Moms has closed, so you can no longer earn on it. When it was running, it was legit, but it had few surveys, a $20 payout threshold and took 4 to 6 weeks to approve your rewards.

The short answer
Surveys4Moms has closed. Its website is gone, so you can no longer join or earn there.
When it was running, it seemed like a legit paid survey site where you could earn a little extra cash. But it had few earning opportunities, a high payout threshold, and it was very slow to approve rewards, so it was not a top pick.

My experience with Surveys4Moms
I joined Surveys4Moms as a man, went through the sign-up, the profile surveys, the referral program and the rewards in my account. There were no surveys available where I lived. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

Was Surveys4Moms legit and safe?
Surveys4Moms has closed, so you can no longer join or earn on it. When it was running, it seemed like a legit paid survey site. These were the catches.
- It has closed
The Surveys4Moms website is gone.
- Very slow to approve rewards
After you took a survey, it took 4 to 6 weeks before the money showed up in your account. On most survey sites, you see it right away.
- Unclear reward options
The FAQ mentioned magazine subscriptions and Facebook credits, but my account showed restaurant gift cards, charity and internet services instead, all without content. Only PayPal was clearly an option.
- Special offers during sign-up
The sign-up took you through an initial survey with special offers. You did not have to sign up for them, and in most cases I would advise you to ignore them.
My takeSurveys4Moms has closed, so it is no longer an option. Even when it was running, there were survey sites with a lot more opportunities and better chances of earning, whether you are a mom or not. See the alternatives below.
How you earned on Surveys4Moms
There were 2 ways to earn. Paid surveys were the main one. Tap one to read more.
Paid surveysPaid in dollars
The site was very user-friendly: it was easy to see what to do and how to get started. But there did not seem to be many surveys, and that depended on your country. Where I lived, there were none.
When you joined, there were a bunch of profile surveys. They could help match surveys to you, but Surveys4Moms did not pay for them, and they took quite a while. I suggest checking first whether any surveys were available to you.
Referral program10% commission
Surveys4Moms presented its referral program as exclusive and said it shared up to 45% of its revenue with survey takers. That did not say much about what you would get.
In fact, you received a 10% commission on what the friends you invited earned, paid by Surveys4Moms and not taken from your friends. That is usually the lowest rate survey sites pay, so there was nothing exclusive about it.

How much could you make?
Surveys4Moms said it depended on you and how many surveys you qualified for. I was not impressed by the number of opportunities I saw.
If you lived in a country where surveys were available, you could probably make a little extra cash, but not much more than a bit of pocket money. There are survey sites with better opportunities.
How Surveys4Moms paid
You were paid in US dollars, whatever country you lived in. PayPal was the one option that clearly worked.
| Method | Minimum | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | $20 | A little too high, but still reasonable |
| Restaurant gift cards, charity and internet services | Unclear | Listed in my account, but without any content |
Your rewards only showed up 4 to 6 weeks after a survey, which is extremely slow. For survey sites that pay through PayPal today, see the top survey sites that pay through PayPal.

Who tested Surveys4Moms for this review
If you have any comments, questions, or experiences with Surveys4Moms, I would love to hear from you in a comment below.
Hey really good article,
I am not a fan of survey sites. I am against them and I even wrote an article about survey sites on my site. I have not heard of this one though, all of my run ins with survey sites never ends well and is always a waste of time because i strongly believe in building an online business to make passive income and not have to always take millions of surveys.
Thanks for your comment Justin and for the feedback.
I do not agree that all survey sites are a waste of time. There are many poor ones, but luckily there are also many where you can make some nice extra cash.
But you are very right that it is not a way to become rich, but for people that just want to make some extra cash on the side, paid surveys are a great option – it does not take any time to get started, you will make money from day one, and you do not need any investment or any specific skills.
So it very much depends on the goal and expectations, if survey sites are worth joining. But in general I think they give great opportunities, when you join the right survey sites, and I have benefited from it a lot myself.
But I appreciate you sharing your opinion and experiences.
All the best,
Mikael
What a wonderful article you have put together here. And you are absolutely right, not many trusted survey sites that actually do what they claim.
Your review approach is well detailed that paid survey just got my attention even more once again.
Thanks for the great review and I am sure a lot of people will find it very useful in towards decision making.
Thank you very much for your feedback Richard. I appreciate it.
All the best,
Mikael
