Is SurveyPronto legit and safe?
Yes, SurveyPronto is legit: it does what it promises and pays you for completing surveys. But being legit does not make it a good survey site. Here is what you should know.
- A $30 threshold, PayPal only
You can only cash out via PayPal, once you have $30. It takes a lot of surveys and a lot of patience to get there.
- Low rewards from partner surveys
Most surveys come from partner sites, and SurveyPronto keeps a part of the reward. A survey worth $1 on the partner site can pay you $0.85.
- Info on the site is confusing
SurveyPronto says members get a shopping portal with cashback, but there is no cashback option anywhere on the site. The site is not very updated, and the info on it is not very helpful.
- Credits can take days
Earnings for a completed survey can take several days to show up. One reader reports that two surveys were still not credited after a week and a half.
My takeThe main drawback is the high payout threshold. Couple that with the fact that the surveys do not pay that well, and it takes a long time before you can withdraw anything. You are better off joining other survey sites.
How you earn on SurveyPronto

After you log in, you see the available surveys and what each one pays. SurveyPronto works with Survey Sampling International and Peanut Labs, so a survey can take you to one of their sites.
Each survey starts with qualifying questions. If you qualify, you answer the survey and get the reward. If not, you move on to the next one. Sometimes a survey says it is closed, because it reached its maximum number of people, so it helps to be quick.
It can take a lot of patience to find surveys you qualify for, and earnings can take several days to show up in your account.
Referral program10% of their earnings
Your invite link is in the Invite Friends tab. When someone registers through it, they show up in your friends list, and you get 10% of what they earn. Invite people who actually want to answer surveys.

How much can you make?
It depends on how many surveys you get, how many you qualify for and how well they pay. You cannot control the number of surveys, but you can fill out your profile and answer honestly.
They do not pay that well. Most surveys come from partner sites, and SurveyPronto keeps a percentage: a survey worth $1 can pay you $0.85, because $0.15 goes to SurveyPronto. The rewards are decent compared to some sites, but other sites pay better for your time.
With the $30 threshold on top, I cannot say SurveyPronto has good earning potential.

Once you reach $30, you cash out on the withdrawal page. PayPal is convenient, but there are no other options. For sites that let you withdraw sooner, see the fastest paying survey sites.
Who can join, and on which devices?
SurveyPronto is available in the US, Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Germany, the UK, Poland, France, Canada, Australia, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands, China and India. If you live elsewhere, choose the International option to sign up.
You sign up with the form on the homepage, with your Google or Facebook account, or with your email. You need to be 18, because PayPal is the only payout option. Fill out your profile right away: it takes about 3 minutes, and you only get the $5 bonus once it is done.
There is no app, but the website is optimized for phones. If you turn on survey emails, you can open a new survey on your phone right away.
Can you get support?
Apart from a “How does it work?” page, SurveyPronto has no FAQ and no contact page. I had to check its Terms and Conditions to find the support email: [email protected]. That is poor support, in my opinion.

One reader’s completed surveys were not credited after a week and a half, and ended on a blank page. An ad blocker can stop a survey from being tracked.
One reader was disqualified at the end of many surveys and called it a scam.

This is all scam, making fool of us as they are actually earning money by our giving survey but showing in the end disqualified. Me and my friend did many survey but it all showing disqualified in the end even for same question where I am male and my friend is female, showing disqualified just on replying this. They are actually earning and making money by doing this but not giving us a penny.
