Smiley360 sends you free products to try in exchange for your feedback. I tested it to see if it is worth your time. It is legit, but you earn no cash or gift cards, and you share promotional posts on your own social media. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.
Legit, but free products only, no cash
A US-only product testing community. You get free products through missions, and you share about them on your social media.

The short answer
Smiley360 is legit. It does what it promises. It is an online community where you try products for free and share your opinions. You answer surveys to qualify for missions, and a mission sends you a free product to try.
But it does not offer cash rewards or even gift cards, so it has no real earning potential. To complete missions, you share promotional posts on your personal social media pages. It is also only available in the US.
- A fun way to get free stuff
- The website is mobile-friendly
- Surveys usually do not take long
- A FAQ page that covers most topics
- Does not offer cash rewards or even gift cards
- Limited to US residents only
- You have to share on your personal social media pages
- Missions can fill up quickly
- No fixed schedule for new missions

Is Smiley360 legit and safe?
Yes, Smiley360 is legit. It does what it promises. But that does not mean it is a good way to earn. Here is what you should know.
- No cash, no gift cards
You do not get paid for missions. The free product in your Smiley Kit is the reward. Do not expect cash or gift cards as on survey or Get-Paid-To sites.
- You promote products on your own social media
The feedback tools are really sharing options for your personal social media pages. That is how Smiley360 creates buzz around products. Your friends can quickly get tired of promotional posts.
- Missions fill up fast
Spots are limited, and popular products go quickly. Your spot is not guaranteed until you accept the mission. There is no fixed schedule for new missions.
- Fewer missions if you do not share
The more points you earn, the better your status and the more missions you get. If you accept a product and do not share, you will not receive more free stuff.
My takePersonally, I do not necessarily think it is worth having to share products like this with all my friends to earn a few points. But if you like that sort of stuff and do not mind sharing a promotional message on your personal social media pages, this can be a good site to join, as long as you live in the US.
Smiley360 gives free products, not cash. These sites pay you in cash or gift cards.

There are 2 parts. Surveys earn points, and missions give you the free products. Tap one to read more.
SurveysPoints to qualify
Surveys on Smiley360 do not pay you a reward like on most survey sites. They earn points, and you need those points to qualify for missions.
Based on my testing, the surveys usually do not take long to complete. Your answers also help Smiley360 tailor the missions it sends you.
MissionsFree products
Once you have enough points from your profile and surveys, you qualify for missions. You see them in the member dashboard, and you can decline any mission that does not feel like the right fit.
When you accept a mission, you receive a Smiley Kit with something new to try, and you keep it. In return, you give feedback with the feedback tools: sharing on Facebook or Twitter, or uploading photos. Each tool shows how many points it pays, and you need around 20 points to complete a mission.
Earn as many points as you can, because they decide your status. Good sharers get more missions.
How much can you make?
Theoretically, Smiley360 has no earning potential, because you really cannot earn from it. All you get are free products when you take part, and a chance to shape the products being released by sharing your thoughts.
A mission usually lasts 8 weeks. That gives you time to try the product, form your opinion, share your experience and report back. There is no fixed schedule for new missions. The best way to get more invites is to answer all the surveys you receive. If you like testing products, see how you can really get paid to test products from home.
Who can join, mobile and support
The website does not say which countries it is available in. But Smiley360 is US-based, and when you complete your profile, the only country you can choose is the US. That makes sense, because it has to mail you the free products.
You sign up with your email address and password, or with your X or Facebook account, and confirm your account through the email you receive.
There is no app, but the website is optimized for mobile, so you can use the feedback tools from your phone.
The FAQ page covers most, if not all, of the important topics. If you cannot find the answer there, log in and use the contact form in the Help Center. That is decent support, in my opinion.
