I tested the Robox app to see if one-tap crypto mining is worth your time. It is legit, but free withdrawals only go to one wallet and a decent mining rate costs money. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.

The short answer
Robox is legit, because you can really mine crypto with it. It is a cloud-mining app: you tap “Start”, and it mines ROX, a token on the Solana blockchain, without a mining rig.
But it is not an app worth your time. You can only withdraw for free to NC Wallet. Withdrawing to another wallet means you have to make an in-app purchase or get a boost subscription. The free mining rate is low, and the app does not tell you the minimum threshold up front.

Is Robox legit and safe?
Yes, Robox is legit, because you can really mine crypto with it. But that does not make it worth your time. Here is what you should know before you start.
- Free withdrawals only go to NC Wallet
Withdrawing to NC Wallet is the only free option. To move your ROX to any other wallet that supports Solana, you must make an in-app purchase or get a speed-up or boost subscription.
- Paying for speed-ups is a gamble
The cheapest speed-up is 5x, for around $4 per month. Whether you earn that back depends on the value of ROX. If the value is low, you can lose money. Mine every day if you buy one.
- The threshold is hidden
The site and the app do not tell you the minimum you need to withdraw. You only find out when you try. That is poor app design, in my opinion.
- You restart every three hours
A free mining session lasts three hours. After that, you press Start again. With a speed-up, sessions last longer.
- Crypto values change
You earn ROX tokens, not cash. What they are worth depends on the current value of ROX. That is the risk you take with crypto.
My takeIn my opinion, Robox is not an app worth your time. The biggest reason why I say this is because of the fact that you must use a specific crypto wallet to withdraw your earnings for free. If you want to use a different crypto wallet, you’ll have to get a boost subscription to do so, which is a bit of a letdown, in my opinion. There are cloud-mining apps that offer better payout options.
How you earn on Robox
There are 2 ways to earn. Mining is the main one. Tap one to read more.
Mining ROX1x free, faster if you pay
Tap the “Start” button, and Robox mines ROX, a token on the Solana blockchain. As a free member, you mine at 1x speed. A session lasts three hours, so you press the button again after three hours to keep mining.
You can buy a speed-up to mine faster. The lowest is 5x, which costs around $4 per month, and the sessions last longer. Make sure you can earn back what you spend before the speed-up expires. That depends on the current value of ROX, so you can also lose money.
You do not have to do anything else. You can close the app and use your phone like you normally would, and it does not eat up your battery.
Referral program15% commission
Go to the Referral section of the app and click the invite button. When people sign up through your invite, you receive a 15% commission every time they earn from Robox.
It is a decent way to earn passively, but only if you invite people who are really interested in earning ROX tokens.

How much can you make?
It depends on the speed-up or boost subscription you get. Weigh the cost of the subscription against the current value of ROX. There is always a risk, because that is the nature of crypto.
That is why its earning potential is not that great: you have to spend money to earn a decent amount quickly.

Every way to earn pays in ROX tokens, so this is not for you if you expect cash. You can withdraw once you reach the minimum threshold, but the site and the app do not tell you what it is. You find out when you try to withdraw.
The payout system takes some getting used to if you are new to crypto. If you already know how to handle crypto, withdrawing is relatively easy. If you want to earn cash, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.
Who can join Robox?
Robox does not say exactly which countries it is available in. From what I can see, it is available more or less worldwide, or at least in countries where crypto is legal.
Install the app first. When you open it for the first time, register with your Google or Apple account. Then log in and start mining.
Robox used to be mobile only. It now also has a web version, so you can use your computer. The app works on Android and iOS and is relatively easy to use, but it lacks some useful information, like the withdrawal threshold.

Ik vind 3 van de 4 Robox apps wel fijne en zeer goede miningapps. Deze Robox apps en dan de CT Pool app verdien ik dus dagelijks echt goed mee. En ik haal zeker de kosten van de boosters eruit. De boosters koop ik als een 3 maanden bundel dus betaal ik €39,99 voor 3 maanden voor een 20x booster. Ik heb meerdere soorten boosters gecombineerd en ik maak dagelijks geld over van de apps naar de geweldige N.C. Wallet. (De meest begrijpelijke cryptowallet voor beginners). Ik gebruik de 3 apps een jaartje en heb toch wel rond de €300+ mee verdiend. Deze apps waren mijn eerste kennismaking met cryptomunten. En alle andere verdienapps heb ik dankzij jou Mikael gevonden. Nogmaals bedankt voor je goede werk.

Just be careful. When a company does that for one of their products, it is a huge red flag. But wish you all the best.
The worst app out there every 3 hrs you need to restart…and then you need to spend the time in between surfing the web to get enough power to get your max and then when you work it out you will make profit if you don’t sleep period the worst mining app I have ever used so do yourself a favour and run and don’t look back period

The worst mining app I have ever come across …you literally have to sleep and wake up every 3 hours to start it again and your lucky if you make your money back …I have been without a cent made for 24 hrs now because the count down clock works but it ain’t making a cent and the customer service is automated answers so basically there is none …be smart and stay far away from this crap site
