I tested Panel Champ, formerly Quest Mindshare, to see if its surveys are worth your time. It is legit and easy to use, but it has very few surveys and a 2% fee on every payout. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.
Legit and easy to use, but very few surveys
Cint surveys by email, PayPal from $12.50 with a 2% fee. Only around 18 countries.

The short answer
Panel Champ is a legit survey site, as it is based on Cint surveys. It is free and very easy to use: you get surveys by email.
But it has very limited opportunities. You fill out 119 profile questions without pay, and in the settings you choose between 1, 3 or 6 surveys a month. You also pay a 2% handling fee on every payout. In my opinion, join other sites instead.
- Free to join
- Offers PayPal payouts
- Very simple and easy to use
- Surveys come from Cint, a big market research company
- Limited earning potential
- Too many profile questions to fill out
- You have to pay a 2% handling fee for each payout
- Only open in around 18 countries
- Readers report payouts that were late or did not arrive

Is Panel Champ legit and safe?
Yes, Panel Champ is a legit survey site, as it is based on Cint surveys. That does not mean it is worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- Very few surveys
You choose between 1, 3, 6 or the default number of surveys a month, and there is no guarantee you get that many. On some survey sites, you can take more than this every day.
- 119 unpaid profile questions
Panel Champ asks you to fill out 119 profile questions to improve your chances of qualifying. It can take up to 30 minutes, and you are not paid for it.
- A 2% fee on every payout
Panel Champ charges a 2% handling fee on each payout. Some survey sites cover this cost. On Panel Champ, you pay it.
- Readers report late or missing payouts
Between 2020 and 2023, readers wrote that payouts were still pending after 10 days, or did not arrive after weeks and emails to support. Another reader was paid several times in his first month. If a payout does not arrive, contact Panel Champ’s support.
My takeOverall, I think Panel Champ can be an ok survey site to join if you really want to join as many survey sites as possible. But it does have limited opportunities. I do not really use Panel Champ myself anymore, as there are many other sites I prefer because they give better opportunities.
Panel Champ has very few surveys. The top sites in your country give you more ways to earn.
See the best sites in your countryHow you earn on Panel Champ
There is only one way to earn: paid surveys by email.
Paid surveysFew a month
First, fill out the profile questions. Panel Champ says this increases your chances of qualifying. After that, there is not much to do on the platform itself.
You receive an email when a new survey is available, so you only log in to change your settings or ask for a payout. Do not expect a lot of invitations: in the settings, you choose between 1, 3, 6 or the default number of surveys a month.
How much can you make?
You can make a little extra cash on the side. But Panel Champ is not one of the sites with the most opportunities, so you should not expect too much.
Because it is so easy to use, it can still be worth considering as an extra site. But based on what I observed when I tested it, Panel Champ alone gives very limited opportunities, so also join other sites.
Payout methods, minimum and fee
| Method | Minimum | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | $12.50, can vary by country | 2% handling fee |
| Amazon gift cards (UK and US only) | $12.50, can vary by country | 2% handling fee |
The threshold is fairly low, but with so few surveys, it can still take a while to reach. The 2% fee is not a huge amount, but it can be disappointing when a payout is less than you expected.

A reader was redirected mid-survey and told at the last question that he did not qualify.
“on the time of payment they are not paying it is pending still 10 days.”
Mikael: You need to ask their support about this.

Who tested Panel Champ for this review
If you have any comments, questions, or experiences with Panel Champ, I would love to hear from you in a comment below.
I have honestly given all the answer but on the time of payment they are not paying it is pending still 10 days. Could any one know what is problem
You need to ask their support about this.
Panel Champ (Cint) has a habit of redirecting mid survey, which results in a new undisclosed payout, often far less than the amount promised at the beginning. They often redirect to other survey companies which have their own rules and systems, and result in no payment being put toward my account. Occasionally I get YouGov surveys. As a member of YouGov, I am very familiar with their survey format. Nearly every YouGov survey sent by Panel Champ proceeds normally with dozens of questions, and after the last question (which is usually “how strong of a Democrat/Republican are you?”) Panel Champ says that I didn’t qualify for the survey. As a YouGov member I know I completed the survey, and I suspect that Panel Champ is just pocketing the money.
Thanks for sharing your experiences.
Could you contact with them? Have you been paid?
I do not have a way to contact them, unfortunately.
And I do not really use Panel Champ myself anymore as there are many other sites I prefer instead because they give better opportunities, in my experience.
Ok, thank you.
Here in Spain I’ve tried for 1 month and it worked very well since I could get several payments already.
