Fortunable Review 2026: Is It Legit? Pros, Cons and My Verdict

Fortunable Rating

Fortunable is not a great site to earn extra cash from. It doesn’t offer many opportunities to earn, and it’s not something you can regularly earn from.

I tested Fortunable to see if its claim of up to $5 per survey holds up. It is legit, but survey invites are rare and the rules are strict. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.

Personally Tested Last tested

Legit, but too few surveys to earn regularly

Up to $5 per survey and PayPal from $10. But invites are rare, and you must finish each survey in one sitting.

Good for you ifYou want a secondary survey site, and you can answer an invite as soon as it arrives.
Skip it ifYou want to earn regularly, or you want to answer surveys on your phone in short breaks.

The short answer

Fortunable is legit. It is a survey site that pays you to answer surveys, up to $5 per survey, through PayPal, Amazon gift cards or a prepaid Visa card.

But it does not offer many surveys, so it is not something you can earn from regularly. When I tested it, I never got an invite, even after several days. Each survey link only works once, and an inactive survey is aborted. At best, it is a secondary site.

What I like
  • Offers a simple way to earn
  • Offers convenient payment methods
  • Relatively low payout threshold: $10
  • Available more or less globally
What I don’t like
  • Limited earning opportunities
  • You must finish answering a survey in one sitting
  • Each survey link only works once
  • You are not paid for the profile questions
  • No mobile app

My experience with Fortunable

I signed up for Fortunable, completed my profile, tried to earn with its surveys and made a video of how it works. This is what I looked at, and what I did not test.

Is Fortunable legit and safe?

Yes, Fortunable is legit. But that does not always mean it is worth your time. Here is what you should know before you join.

  • Survey invites are rare

Fortunable pre-qualifies you, so do not expect many invites. Consider yourself lucky if you get invited to a survey at least twice a month. When I tested it, I never got an invite, even after several days.

  • Each survey link only works once

The link in the invite is only clickable once. If you close the tab without finishing the survey, you cannot get back to it. Only click the link when you are ready to answer.

  • Inactive surveys are aborted

If the page is inactive for a long time, the survey is aborted and you cannot get back to it. Answer on a laptop or desktop, where nothing distracts you.

  • Surveys fill up

Each survey has a limited number of respondents. If you wait too long, you no longer get access. Accept an invite as soon as possible.

  • The profile is not paid

You spend around 10 minutes on profile questions before you can get invites. Unlike other survey sites, Fortunable does not pay you for them.

My takeIn my opinion, Fortunable is not a great site to earn extra cash from. That’s because it doesn’t offer many opportunities to earn. So, it’s not something you can regularly earn from. At best, it can serve as a decent secondary site to earn from, provided you adjust your expectations accordingly in terms of earning potential.

How you earn on Fortunable

There is only one way to earn: paid surveys that you are invited to by email.

Paid surveysUp to $5 each
Completing your Fortunable profile

First, complete your profile. It takes around 10 minutes, and you are not paid for it. Fortunable uses it to decide which surveys to send you. Then you wait for an invite by email, so check your inbox regularly.

The invite has a link to the survey that is only clickable once. A survey starts with a qualifying process. If you qualify, you answer the survey. If you do not, you move on to the next survey, if there is one.

Finish each survey quickly, because an inactive page aborts the survey. And do not wait long to accept an invite, because each survey has a limited number of respondents.

After you complete a survey, the payment is credited to your Fortunable account. Sometimes it takes some time before you see it, so do not worry if it is not there right away.

How much can you make?

Let me be honest with you. It is quite hard to earn a good amount from Fortunable, because it does not offer a lot of surveys. So, even though you can earn up to $5 per survey, its overall earning potential is quite low, in my opinion.

You can consider yourself lucky if you get invited to a survey at least twice a month. When I tested the site, I never got an invite, even after several days. It depends on your profile.

To get more invites, always answer surveys honestly and accept invites as soon as possible. That shows Fortunable you are serious about answering its surveys properly.

Payout methods and minimum

MethodMinimum
PayPal$10
Amazon gift cards$10
Prepaid Visa card$10
Donation to a charity supported by Fortunable$10

You must earn at least $10 to cash out, which is a relatively low payout threshold. The payout system is relatively simple, and I like that it offers PayPal. For more sites with convenient payment methods, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.

Who can join Fortunable?

The menu bar of the website shows the countries Fortunable is available in. From what I can see, it is available more or less globally.

To sign up, enter your email address and create a password. Fortunable sends you a confirmation link by email. Click it to complete your registration, and then complete your profile right away, so Fortunable can start choosing surveys for you.

There is no mobile app. You receive the invites by email, so you can open them on your phone. But because a survey is aborted when you are inactive, it is more convenient to answer on a laptop or desktop.

  1. Nice to be on this site, There are lots of challenges here in Nigeria where I am . Most of the challenges are lack of trust, insecurity, lack of good governance and breaking down of laws and order etc. Unemployment rate is very high so how can you help so that one can be self reliance? ??

  3. Good day Sir. I really appreciate your posts and the insights you give. I first saw your videos on YouTube before learning of this your website. It was all just recently though. I have been trying to find some sustainable and at least decent means of earning online for a long time now, but it seems more difficult to gain access into some that meet these requirements especially for a Nigerian like me. Restricted access and few jobs seem to be the biggest issue. I am Looking forward to learning a skill in the direct of content writing, etc but before I can grow there I need a something that can kind of support. I’d check the link you posted down for best free earning opportunities in my country, but if you still have any advice for me I’d appreciate it. Thank you once again.

    • Fortunable is a smart scam.
For one if they ask you to register, they will ask for your email and then the password they suggest their own which they say it’s strong. The moment you click on it they will say it has been taken. You can repeat this process a million times but still they will say it’s taken. How if it had suggested by them a million different password. Even if you can your great grand parents names they will say it’s taken. Let them go f..ck with their 50c
