Enroll App Review – Legit or Scam? (Not Worth It for All)

Enroll App Rating

Enroll is a testing site that pays you to test. But it offers limited earning opportunities, and it doesn’t really pay that well so you will need some patience to earn. And many people will end up never getting any paid tests at all.

I joined and tested Enroll to see if its paid tests are worth your time. It is legit and pays through PayPal from $1, but tests pay $0.10 each, and many people answer thousands of questions without ever getting a paid test. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.

Legit, but not worth your time for most people

Short tests pay $0.10 each, PayPal from $1. You answer many unpaid questions first, and many people never get a paid test.

Good for you ifYou have plenty of time and patience and want a fun, different way to maybe earn a little extra.

The short answer

Enroll is a legit testing site that pays you for paid tests. The tests are short questionnaires for Helio, and you get paid through PayPal from $1.

But each test pays only $0.10, and it can be very hard to get invited to paid tests. You answer a lot of unpaid profile questions first, and many people never get a paid test at all. In my opinion, your time is better spent on sites where you are sure to earn.

What I like
  • Low payout threshold: $1
  • Pays through PayPal
  • Payments are processed automatically
  • Tests take less than a minute or two
What I don’t like
  • Limited earning opportunities
  • Low rewards
  • No guarantee you will get paid tests
  • Many complaints about wasted time without paid tests
  • No app, despite the name

My experience with Enroll

I joined Enroll, set up my profile, answered the polls and made a video that shows how it works. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

Is Enroll legit and safe?

Enroll is a legit testing site that pays for the tests you complete. But being legit does not make it worth your time. Here is what you should know.

  • You may never get a paid test

Before you get tests, you answer a lot of unpaid profile questions. Some people answer thousands of questions hoping to get tests and still get none. This is also what I experienced myself and what I have heard from many visitors to my website.

  • Very low pay

Each test pays $0.10. You need ten tests to reach the $1 payout.

  • Slow payments

Payments go out on the 11th of the month after you reach $1. If you reach it on July 1, you are paid on August 11.

  • Readers report locked and deleted accounts

Some readers wrote that they ran out of questions without getting a test, or that their account was deleted. These reports are from 2021 to 2023. Other readers wrote that they did get tests and were paid a little.

  • No app, despite the name

Enroll is just a website. It works in a mobile browser, but only for tests that are available on your device.

My takeIn my opinion, Enroll is not worth your time. It offers limited earning opportunities, it does not pay well, and many people never get a paid test. If it paid more and was more transparent about when you can expect paid tests, it could be a decent site. If you have plenty of time and are patient, it can be a fun and different way to potentially earn a bit extra.

Many people never get a paid test on Enroll. These sites pay you for the time you put in.

How you earn on Enroll

There is only one way to earn: paid tests. The polls are unpaid, but they raise your chance of an invite.

Paid tests$0.10 each

Enroll is a platform for Helio tests. When Helio users create tests, they become available to Enroll members. If you are picked, you get an email, or you see the test on your dashboard.

Tests take 30 to 75 seconds and are usually a questionnaire. You can take them on a computer, tablet or phone, depending on the test. Each test has limited spots, so take it as soon as you can.

During registration, only choose the devices you can really use. A test on a device you do not have gives an error.

PollsUnpaid
Enroll poll questions

Polls work like profiling questions. The more you answer, the better brands can target their tests, so your chance of an invite goes up. You earn mission points for each poll in a progression system.

But you are not paid for them, and you can waste a lot of time on them without ever getting a paid test.

How much can you make?

Every test pays $0.10. That is not a lot, but the tests are short. To earn a significant amount, you need plenty of tests, and there is no guarantee you get them regularly.

Many people complain that they answered hundreds or thousands of polls without ever getting a paid test. That is also what I experienced myself. Earning from Enroll is not easy, and many people never earn anything, even after quite a bit of effort.

How you get paid

MethodMinimumWhen
PayPal$1Automatically on the 11th of the month after you reach $1

You give your PayPal address when you register, so you need a PayPal account first. The low threshold is good, but the payment system takes time. See the top sites that pay via PayPal.

Who can join Enroll?

Enroll is available globally. You must be at least 13, or 16 if you live in Europe.

Fill out the sign-up form, answer the short profile survey, give your PayPal address and choose the devices you will test on. Then click the confirmation link in the email you get. In my experience, you have to answer several polls before you are invited to a test.

  3. Thank you so much for the information you’ve provided.

I joined enroll in high hopes and was told that per test I will get paid $7 I guess that was a lie clearly but in my case yes I answered all the survey questions and got many many badges I also have had 5 tests that I’ve taken.

What I’ve observed is that if I answer the questions on the test without giving the reason why I have chosen the answers that I did at the end of the test I only receive $0.10. but if I give the reasons why I have chosen the answer that I did then I get $0.20.

So far I have taken 5 tests and the payments are still pending as I’ve not even made a dollar yet.

    • You just revealed you did not actually read the review. I clearly say that it is a strange setup and that you should not necessarily expect to get paid as I have not seen any paid tests there and have not heard of any people getting paid. I actually warn against joining it in the review and give it a very low rating.

Please make sure to actually read the content instead of making untrue accusations like this.

  4. Hi Mikael

I just applied to join a website testing site. I have failed 2 tests. I think they do not approve me of joining the site. What should I do so that i will pass the test ? Are there any sites that will allow you to take many tests until you pass . After that I will be able to join the site.

  6. I enrolled on this site, they encouraged me to continue to take questions. Within the first 4days I already earned 105 badges and answered over 2,900 questions. For the past 5days, each time I login to my profile I was told I answered all the available questions. No more survey questions. And I have not been given any test. This is contrary to what was said. They said to answer as many questions as possible. How do you answer when there’s no more questions? My conclusions.
This doesn’t make any sense. This is questionable.
