Cinchdollars Review – Worth It? (Get an Inside Look)

Cinchdollars Rating

Cinchdollars is a legit survey site that will pay you to take surveys. It is not a bad survey site. The problem is that it’s not that good either. There are simply many sites that give better value for your time.

Cinchdollars is a survey site that pays you to take surveys in many countries. I checked it out to see if it is worth your time. It is legit, with PayPal and a low threshold, but surveys are the only real way to earn. Below is what I found, and which survey sites I recommend instead.

The short answer

Yes, Cinchdollars is a legit site that pays you to take surveys. Surveys pay between $0.5 and $10, it has a relatively low payout threshold, and it offers PayPal in some countries.

Cinchdollars is not a bad survey site. The problem is, it’s not that good either. Surveys are the only way to earn, because the referral program only gives you an entry into a prize draw. When there are no surveys, you are stuck with nothing else to do.

What I like
  • Relatively low payout threshold
  • Offers payment via PayPal
  • Pays in your country’s currency
  • Available in many countries
  • Mobile-friendly website
What I don’t like
  • Limited earning opportunities
  • The referral program isn’t profitable
  • No mobile app
  • No contact form, and the social media pages don’t work

Is Cinchdollars legit and safe?

Yes, Cinchdollars is a legit site that pays you to take surveys. But that does not make it worth your time. Here is what you should know before you join.

  • Only one way to earn

If there aren’t any surveys available, you won’t earn anything. Other survey sites at least let you earn by inviting people when there are no surveys.

  • The referral program is a prize draw

Every person who signs up with your link gives you one entry into the monthly Refer a Friend prize draw for Flipkart and Amazon gift cards. You are not guaranteed to receive anything.

  • You won’t always qualify

Every survey starts with qualifying questions, and you won’t always receive survey invites. So even with a low threshold, you need a bit of patience to reach it.

  • Limited support

There is no contact form, and the social media pages on the Contact page don’t work. You can only email [email protected].

  • Occasional reports of delays

In 2022, one reader wrote that a claimed reward had not arrived after seven days, and another could not sign up because the page failed to load. I advised both to contact support.

My takeIn my opinion, Cinchdollars is not a bad survey site. The problem is, it’s not that good either. I would only suggest you join this site if you want to join as many sites as possible. If you want to prioritize your time and only join the best sites, there are simply better options out there.

How you earn on Cinchdollars

There are 2 ways to earn, but only surveys pay for sure. Tap one to read more.

Paid surveys$0.5 to $10
Cinchdollars profile questions

Every survey tells you how much you will earn and how long it takes. You first answer qualifying questions. If you qualify, you answer the actual survey. If not, you move on to the next survey.

Their FAQ says you don’t need to complete your profile. But in my experience, it is better to complete it right away so you get invited to more surveys. It doesn’t earn you rewards, and there are a lot of profile questions, so be patient.

Answer a survey invite as soon as you get the email. Most surveys have a set number of respondents, and once it is reached, you will just be told you don’t qualify.

Referral programPrize draw entry

For every person who signs up with your referral link, you get one entry into the monthly Refer a Friend prize draw, where you can win Flipkart and Amazon gift cards.

Usually, referral programs give you a bonus once your referral meets certain requirements. A prize draw entry is not very enticing, in my opinion.

How much can you make?

Surveys are the only way to earn, so your earnings depend on how many surveys you get and how well they pay. A survey pays between $0.5 and $10, depending on how long it takes. Longer surveys are worth more.

Don’t expect a lot of $10 surveys, though. In my experience, this rarely ever happens. Expect around $1 to $5 per survey, which isn’t bad. But you won’t always qualify, and you won’t always receive invites.

That’s why I would say the site has a low earning potential. It could have been better if their referral program offered guaranteed rewards.

Reward options

RewardNotes
PayPalDepends on where you live
TremendousThe most common option, from what I observed
Amazon gift cardsDepends on where you live

The threshold depends on your location and the reward you choose, and it is relatively low. Rewards are in your country’s currency, so you won’t have to keep converting your earnings. Cinchdollars used to offer GCodes, but this is no longer an option.

Who can join, devices and support

Cinchdollars is available in many countries in Europe, Oceania, Africa, Asia and the Americas; the homepage lists them all. You must be at least 18. Fill out the registration form, then click the confirmation link in the email. You might have to check your Spam folder, just like I did.

There is no mobile app, but the website is optimized for mobile use. You won’t have to zoom in, and the buttons and links are big enough to tap easily, so you can answer surveys quickly when an invite arrives.

The FAQ page covers most of the basic topics. Otherwise, email [email protected], because there is no contact form and the social media pages on the Contact page don’t work. Still, the support options are pretty decent, since there is a way to reach them.

A reward that had not arrived yet1 comment

A reader had claimed a reward and had not received it after seven days. Contact support if this happens to you.

Could not sign up1 comment

The sign-up page failed to load for a reader. It might be because not all countries are allowed to sign up.

    • You need to contact their support about this. But it might be because of the country you live in as they might not allow all countries to sign up.
