Canview Connect is a Canadian survey panel of Canadian Viewpoint. It has merged with SurveyLion, and your account and points moved there. I looked at how it works to see if it is worth your time. Below is what I found, and which sites I would pick first.
Legit, but few surveys and paid by check only
Canada only. Around $1 to $3 per survey, paid by check from $10. The panel has merged with SurveyLion.

The short answer
Canview Connect is legit. It is a survey panel owned by Canadian Viewpoint, a market research company in Canada, and it pays you for the surveys you complete. The Canview Connect panel has merged with SurveyLion, and the points you earned are available there.
But there are not many surveys, so you cannot earn much from it. You need $10 to cash out, and you only get paid by check, sent by mail, which takes a while. In my opinion, it can be a decent secondary option if you live in Canada.
- Offers decent rewards per survey you complete
- The site and surveys are mobile-friendly
- A $2 sign-up bonus
- A low $10 payout threshold
- Support by phone and contact form
- Limited earning opportunities
- Paid by check only, sent by mail
- Only for people in Canada
- No app

Is Canview Connect legit and safe?
Yes, Canview Connect is legit: it is run by Canadian Viewpoint and pays you for the surveys you complete. That does not make it a great way to earn. Here is what you should know.
- Few surveys
You only earn when you get a survey invite, and you have no control over how many you get. That limits how much you can earn.
- A long wait for your money
You are only paid by check, sent by mail on a fixed schedule. It usually takes around two weeks for the check to arrive, and then you still have to cash it at the bank.
- Quotas fill up
Every survey is open to a limited number of people. When that number is reached, the survey closes, so answer the invites as soon as you can.
- It has merged with SurveyLion
The Canview Connect panel has merged with SurveyLion. Your account and points moved there, and you have to reset your password to access them.
- Canada only
Canview Connect is only for people who live in Canada.
My takeIf you live in Canada, Canview Connect can be a decent secondary option, as long as you set your expectations properly. It takes a while to reach the threshold because there are few surveys, and the check payout is slow. If you want better ways to earn, the top survey and GPT sites in your country offer more surveys and faster payment methods.
How you earn on Canview Connect
There are 2 ways to earn. Paid surveys are the main one. Tap one to read more.
Paid surveysAround $1 to $3
From time to time, you get an email inviting you to a survey. The email tells you how much you earn, how long the survey takes, the topic, and the link to the survey.
You first go through a few qualifying questions. If you qualify, you answer the actual survey and get your points. If you are disqualified, you move on to the next survey, if there is one.
Every survey is open to a limited number of people, so answer the invites as soon as possible.
Referral program500 points per referral
Share your invite link. Your referral reward of 500 points comes when the person you invited completes a survey, or is disqualified from a survey three times, whichever comes first.
You also earn 10 points every time your referral completes a survey.

How much can you make?
You typically earn around $1 to $3 per survey, which is not bad, in my opinion.
But there are not many surveys, and you have no control over when they come. So it takes a significant amount of time to reach the threshold, and the earning potential is not that good. You have to be patient.
How you get paid
You earn points: 100 points equals $1. You can redeem from 1,000 points, so the threshold is $10.
| Method | Minimum | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Check by mail | $10 (1,000 points) | Mailed on a fixed schedule. It usually takes around two weeks to arrive. |
Canview Connect mails checks on a schedule. If you request a payout before February 1, for example, the check is mailed on February 15. Then you still have to cash the check before you can use the money.

There is no app, but the site and surveys are optimized for mobile, so you can answer invites from your phone.
For support, there is a phone number and a contact form. For more survey sites for Canadians, see the best survey sites in Canada.
