Womplay rewards you for playing games, but it is not a good way to earn. You earn Wombucks for quick-play, desktop and mobile games, and you use them to join a weekly cashout event that pays in EOS crypto.
But there is no fixed value for your Wombucks: the weekly pot is shared by everyone who joins, so the same Wombucks can be worth more one week and less the next. You also need an account on the EOS blockchain, and you only get paid in EOS, not cash.

Is Womplay legit and safe?
Womplay is legit: it really rewards you for playing its featured games. But its payout system is complicated and not reliable, in my opinion. Here is what you should know.
- No fixed value for your Wombucks
The weekly cashout event has a set pot. If many people join, you get less for the same Wombucks. If few join, you get more. On top of that, the value of EOS changes with its exchange rate.
- Challenges cost money
Challenges usually ask you to play NFT games, and most of them are pay-to-earn. You have to spend money to take part. Weigh the reward against what you spend before you start one.
- Reader reports about fees and transfers
In 2023, a long-time user wrote that unstaking and exchanging tokens cost high fees, and that moving crypto out of the Wombat wallet was blocked unless they paid for a premium plan. Earlier readers did receive EOS and NFTs.
- Reinstall games through Womplay
Install desktop and mobile games through the links on the game page. If you had a game installed before, uninstall it first, or Womplay may not reward you.
My takeIn my opinion, the main disadvantage of Womplay is that there’s no fixed value for the Wombucks you earn. The payout system is just very complicated and not reliable. It has plenty of fun games to pass the time with, but if you are looking to earn extra cash, check out the top survey and GPT sites in your country instead.

There are quick-play games you play in your browser, desktop games you install on your computer, and mobile games for your phone. Each game shows the steps to earn Wombucks. When I tested the quick-play billiards game, I earned 10 Wombucks per game.
Desktop and mobile games usually pay significantly more, but they have extra requirements. Install them through the links on the game page; that is how Womplay tracks your progress.
Daily tasksSmall bonus
Click the scroll icon in the upper right-hand corner to see your daily tasks. Most ask you to play games. When you are done, go back and claim the reward. A notification on the scroll icon shows when a reward is ready.
ChallengesCosts money
Challenges usually ask you to play NFT games. Most of them are pay-to-earn, so you have to invest a bit of money to start. Each game has a set of challenges to complete for the reward.
It is not beginner-friendly, and it takes planning and know-how. I didn’t take on any challenges because it took too much time.

Share your invite link. When your referrals play games and earn Wombucks, you get a 25% commission, for as long as they keep playing.
How much can you make?
It is hard to say. The value of your Wombucks depends on how many people join the weekly cashout event, and the value of EOS changes with its exchange rate. The weekly pot always has a set amount, and that limits what you can earn.
Overall, the earning potential is pretty low. The one good thing is that there are a good number of games to play.

I would like to warn everyone against womplay.io, wombat and $WOMBAT token. After a few years with womplay I decided to sell all NFT and $WOM. The first unpleasant surprise, when I wanted to unstacking $WOM, I had to pay 4 or 5 times the fee. Then to exchange this token you have to pay 4-5 times the fee again. This is the most thief system I’ve ever seen!! You will lose a lot to get your pennies back. But when I had everything on my wombat wallet, I wanted to transfer to another external wallet. They blocked me, after the new update you have to pay $5.49/m premium to be able to do any transaction or transfer. Otherwise, you will get the answer every time NET usage too high and CPU not covered.
This website paid before, pennies but paid. Now it has turned into a completely thieving platform that tries to steal your money.

Ty, been using womplay for a while now.
After testing it. It concludes that less earning over time is a reality. If a user invest real cash in games then a temporary rise is due for wombucks.
There isn’t much value of using womplay. I could get more payout in other means.
First week I got 54000 wombuck. Second week 89000 wb. Third week I was down to less than 0.000049 on payout. Even if I played for 3 days overall.
Total value after more than 2 months is 2 US dollars.
Is it worth it. I doubt it. Unless you invest in the games. There isn’t anyone that got the jackpot share of 2500 dollar. While one pbtc is valued 24000 dollar. Its unreachable.
