WePointz App Review – Legit or Scam? (A Detailed Look)

WePointz Rating

WePointz isn’t a bad GPT app. That being said, there are better apps or websites to earn extra cash from. It can serve as a decent secondary option to earn extra cash so long as you do not expect much.

WePointz is an Android app that rewards you for playing arcade games, offers and surveys. I tested it to see if it is worth your time. It is legit and the games are fun, but the rewards are low. Below is what I found, and which apps I recommend instead.

Personally Tested Re-tested Oct 2026

Legit and fun, but the rewards are low

Arcade games against other players, offerwalls, surveys and referrals. PayPal from 20,000 points ($2). Android only.

Good for you ifYou use Android, enjoy quick arcade games, and want a secondary app with low expectations.
Skip it ifYou want a main way to earn, you use an iPhone, or you do not want to watch video ads.

The short answer

WePointz is a legit Get-Paid-To (GPT) app. You earn points by playing arcade games against other players, completing offers, answering surveys and inviting friends, and you can cash out $2 to PayPal.

But the rewards are low, so it takes quite a bit of time to earn a decent amount. You also watch quite a lot of video ads. It can serve as a secondary app, as long as you do not expect much.

What I like
  • Offers payment via PayPal
  • The featured games are fun and exciting
  • A decent number of offers at any time
  • Easy sign-in with your Google account
What I don’t like
  • Low rewards
  • The app doesn’t provide a lot of useful information
  • There are quite a lot of video ads you have to watch
  • Android only
  • Few surveys when I tested it

My experience with WePointz

I installed WePointz and played its games, looked at the offerwalls and surveys, and checked the referral program and payout options. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

Is WePointz legit and safe?

Yes, WePointz is legit: you can earn rewards by playing games and doing small tasks. But that does not make it worth your time. Here is what you should know.

  • One Google account, one device

WePointz does not allow you to use the same Google account on several devices. If it finds out, you lose all your points and your account is terminated. In 2024, a reader wrote that their account was terminated after a cashout of 500 pesos, which they had not received.

  • Games are not guaranteed points

In the games, you play against another player for 60 seconds, and only the winner gets the points. You always pay a ticket to play.

  • Free trial offers can cost you money

Some offers ask you to sign up for free trials. Avoid the ones that ask for your credit card information, because they start charging you if you forget to cancel.

  • Low rewards and many video ads

It takes quite a bit of time to earn enough points to redeem rewards. You also watch several video ads to earn tickets for the games.

My takeIn my opinion, WePointz isn’t a bad GPT app. That being said, there are better apps or websites to earn extra cash from. It can serve as a decent secondary option to earn extra cash, so long as you align your expectations in terms of how much you can earn from it.

WePointz pays little for your time. These apps and sites let you earn more.

How you earn on WePointz

There are 4 ways to earn. Tap one to read more.

Playing gamesPoints if you win
Playing games on WePointz

When you log in, you see the featured arcade games. When I tested the app, there were four. Each game costs a ticket. You get 20 free tickets at the start, and you get more by claiming them daily or by watching a video ad.

The app matches you with another player. Whoever has the most points after 60 seconds wins the prize, a certain number of points. The longer you keep playing a game, the more points you receive. There is no guarantee you earn anything, so do your best.

TasksGuaranteed points
WePointz tasks

The tasks are offerwalls. Most offers ask you to play other mobile games, answer surveys or quizzes, or sign up for free trials. Read the instructions carefully before you start, and you receive the points promised when you complete it.

Avoid free trials that ask for your credit card information. There is a decent number of offers at any time, so you will most likely find something to work on.

Paid surveysUsually more than tasks
WePointz surveys

WePointz has partnered with a few survey providers. Pick a provider, fill in your profile, and answer the qualifying questions. If you qualify, you answer the survey and get the points, usually more than for most tasks.

There were not a lot of surveys when I tested the app, and you do not qualify for every survey.

Referral program250 points plus 20%
Referral program of WePointz

Share your referral code. Your friend has to enter it after signing up, or they do not become your referral. You then get 250 points, plus a 20% commission every time your referral completes a task. WePointz pays the commission, so it is not taken from your referral’s earnings.

How much can you make?

WePointz has a decent number of ways to earn, but you still will not earn a lot, because the app does not pay that well. Some tasks give a lot of points, but they take a lot of time to complete.

So the earning potential is not that great, in my opinion. You have to be extra patient to earn a decent amount.

Payout method and minimum

MethodMinimum
PayPal20,000 points ($2). Varies by country.

The rewards you can redeem depend on your country, but PayPal is the most common. The threshold and the currency also depend on your country: the app uses your local currency. If you want more apps with this payout method, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.

Devices, joining and support

WePointz is mobile only, and the app is only on Google Play. On an iPhone? See the best money-making apps for iOS. The app is easy to use. Apart from the video ads, the experience is better than most play-and-earn apps, in my opinion.

The app does not list its countries, but from what I can tell, it is available more or less worldwide. Search for it on Google Play: if it shows up, it is available in your country. To register, install the app and sign in with your Google account.

The “How does it work” section explains how to earn, but there is not much other information in the app. The Contact Us link opens your email app. You can also email [email protected].
