I tested the VeryDice app to see if rolling dice for tickets is a good way to earn gift cards. It is legit, but it takes a long time to earn even a small gift card. Below is what I found, what readers report, and which sites I would pick first.

Legit and easy, but it takes a long time to earn a gift card
You roll dice for tickets and trade them for gift cards. US only, and no cash rewards.

The short answer
VeryDice is a legit app. You roll dice to win tickets, and you can exchange the tickets for gift cards from Amazon, Google Play, the PlayStation Store and more. It is easy to play, and I did not see any pop-up ads.
But it takes a long time to earn a decent amount. One roll gives you at most 12 tickets, and when I tested it, a $1 Amazon gift card cost 7,425 tickets. It only offers gift cards, and it is only available in the US. If you want to earn extra cash, the top sites in your country are a better choice.
- Offers an easy way to earn rewards
- 99 free rolls when you start, and free rolls every day
- No pop-up ads
- Free to join
- Limited earning opportunities
- Low rewards
- Does not offer cash rewards
- Only available in the US
- No FAQ or Help page
My experience with VeryDice

- Latest retest
- Checked: games, rolls, rewards, support
- Free rolls at the start
- 99When you first sign in
- Payout
- Not testedGift cards only
- The three dice game modes: Shooter, Lucky 7s and Classic Doubles
- The ways to get more rolls: tasks, invites and the daily wheel
- The tournaments
- The gift card rewards screen and the ticket prices
- A gift card redemption. My review does not show a payout from VeryDice.
- Winning a tournament. You need a lot of rolls for that.

Is VeryDice legit and safe?
Yes, VeryDice is legit, because you can really redeem gift cards. But legit does not make it worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- Very low rewards for your time
One roll gives you at most 12 tickets. Even if you rolled 12 on all your 99 free rolls, which is highly unlikely, you would have less than a quarter of the smallest Amazon gift card.
- More rolls means tasks and invites
To keep playing, you complete tasks like those on Get-Paid-To and survey sites, invite friends, or wait for the daily wheel. That is a lot of work for a few extra rolls.
- Tournaments are not a guaranteed way to earn
Tournament prizes are large, but you need a lot of rolls to win one. It is not something you can rely on.
- A reader lost her tickets
One reader wrote that all her tickets were taken away and she had to start over. If this happens to you, contact VeryDice support.
My takeIf you are looking for a great way to earn gift cards, VeryDice, in my opinion, is not a good option. It will take a long time for you to earn a decent amount from it. I do admit that the game is a bit addictive and very easy to play, but that’s all you will ever get from it.
How you earn on VeryDice
There are two ways to earn tickets. You can also get more rolls in three ways. Tap one to read more.
Dice gamesUp to 12 tickets a roll
This is the guaranteed way to earn. When I tested it, there were three modes: Shooter, Lucky 7s and Classic Doubles. You roll two six-sided dice, and the result is the number of tickets you get.
Each mode has its own jackpot. In Shooter, a roll of 2 and 1 opens a bonus game. In Lucky 7s, rolling all the 7s combinations gives you a scratch card. In Classic Doubles, you win the jackpot if you roll all the double combinations.
TournamentsTop 10 only
Each game mode has tournaments, and joining is free. The winner is whoever gets the most special results in that mode, for example the most double rolls in Classic Doubles. The top 10 win tickets, and first place usually wins around 25,000 to 50,000 tickets.
You need a lot of rolls to win, so it is not something you can rely on.
Getting more rollsTasks, invites, daily wheel
You get 99 free rolls when you first sign in. After that, you can complete tasks for more rolls, invite people to play, and spin a wheel for a random number of free rolls the first time you log in each day.

How much can you make?
Very little. The most you can win from one roll is 12 tickets, unless you win a special prize in a game mode. When I tested it, the smallest Amazon gift card, $1, cost 7,425 tickets.
So you have to spend time on tasks to get more rolls. It takes a lot of time to earn a decent amount, which is why I would say VeryDice’s earning potential is very low.
Rewards and ticket prices
| Reward | Smallest amount | Tickets when I tested |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon gift card | $1 | 7,425 |
| Google Play gift card | $5 | 28,350 |
| PlayStation Store and other gift cards | Depends on the card | Depends on the card |
The value of a ticket varies a lot by gift card, so it is hard to say what a ticket is worth. In December 2024, a reader wrote that a $5 Amazon gift card now costs 67,500 tickets. Check the price in the app before you start.
VeryDice only offers gift cards. If you want cash, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.

“I’m supposed to have 164,091 tickets and it took all of them away I had to restart all over”

Yes takes a long time but if you have an hour a day you can do surveys. I racked up enough to get 3 very nice Amazon things, expensive too. I like this and will keep playing. One gift was body fantasy full cotton candy set ..cool !!
Thanks for sharing your experiences. I agree an hour a day can be great for extra cash but tehre are many sutes that are better and give more and higher paying options, so I prefer using those instead.
I stopped verydice. It such a waste of time. $5 Amazon gift cards is now 67,500 tickets. Even If you watch their videos every hour to get 20 rolls a day. You may only get $1 a month. I don’t recommend verydice. Stay away from this site unless if you have so much time at home doing nothing.
