My experience with Mirex Network
I installed the Mirex Network app, registered and mined LUM. I also contacted support a couple of times. This is what I tested, and what I could not test.

Is Mirex Network legit and safe?
Yes, Mirex Network is legit. It does what it says: you can mine LUM with a click of a button. But that does not mean it will pay. Here is what you should know.
- The coins have no value yet
Mirex Network is still in its early stages. The LUM coins you mine don’t have any monetary value yet. You have to wait for the coins to be publicly traded to be able to sell them, and there is no defined timeline for when that will happen.
- It is a speculative, long-term play
Most new crypto mining platforms go through this phase. Using the app is a speculative, long-term play rather than a quick money-making opportunity. If you want a guaranteed way to earn, this is not the best option.
- You share your name and phone number
At registration, you provide your real name and phone number for KYC (Know-Your-Customer). This is mandatory for future withdrawals.
- Pop-up ads, and Android only
You deal with pop-up ads when you mine, and you can choose to enable ads in the app to boost your rate. The app only works on Android devices.
My takeIn my opinion, Mirex Network is not for everyone. If you are curious about crypto and willing to experiment without financial risk, Mirex Network can be a good option. Just think of it as “planting a seed”, where you can hopefully reap the benefits in the future. But if your goal is to earn extra cash, then you are better off finding other apps to earn from.
How you earn on Mirex Network
There is one way to earn: mining. A few things raise your mining rate. Tap one to read more.
Mining with one click a dayLUM, no value yet
Once the app is installed and you’ve gone through the registration process, all you have to do is click the Start Mining button. The app then mines LUM for 24 hours.
After 24 hours have passed, you go back to the app and repeat the process. It takes very little effort on your end.
Watching a video ad before you mineDoubles your rate
When you click Start Mining, the app offers to double your mining rate if you watch a video ad. You can also continue without the ad, but to maximize your earnings, I recommend that you always watch it. It takes less than a minute.
Enabling ads and the reward sectionBoosts your rate
You can choose to enable ads inside the app when you first join, or later in your account settings. This also boosts your rate.
From time to time, the reward section offers additional video ads that further boost your earning rate for the session.
Inviting peopleBoosts your rate
There is a base mining rate for all new members. You can increase it by inviting people to join the platform with your invite code.
How much can you make?
Right now, nothing you can spend. I can’t tell you the exact number of LUM coins you can mine, because that depends entirely on your mining rate. And the coins don’t have any monetary value yet.
You’ll have to wait for the coins to be publicly traded to be able to sell them. There is no defined timeline for that yet.
