M3 Panel was the first survey site I joined, and I have tested it extensively. It is easy to use and rewards you even when you do not qualify, but it does not pay cash. Below is how it works, and which sites to join next to it.
Legit and easy to use, but no cash and limited surveys
Only for Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Points for vouchers, products and lotteries, even when you do not qualify.

The short answer
M3 Panel is legit. You can really earn rewards from it, and I have used several of its vouchers myself. It is easy to use, and you always get points for clicking a survey, even if you do not qualify.
But it does not pay in cash, only vouchers, products, lottery entries and donations. It is only available in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, and the opportunities are a bit limited, so join other survey sites in your country too.

Is M3 Panel legit and safe?
Yes, M3 Panel is legit, because you can really earn rewards from it. But it is not necessarily the best choice. Here is what you should know.
- No cash payouts
M3 Panel does not pay in cash or through PayPal. You get vouchers for supermarkets, shops and websites, products, lottery entries or donations. The options vary by country.
- Points expire
Points older than 3 years are deleted, and your account is closed if you have not taken a survey for 24 months. Get your reward before your points are 3 years old.
- Only four countries
You can only join if you live in Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland.
- Limited opportunities
The opportunities are a bit limited compared to many other sites, and it can take patience to find surveys you qualify for. If you like daily survey options, M3 Panel cannot always live up to this.
My takeM3 Panel is easy to use. It is fairly easy to make enough for a reward, you get a pretty good reward for your time, and you never attempt a survey without getting a reward for it. But it does not pay cash and has limited options, so even if you join it, also join other survey sites in your country.
How you earn on M3 Panel
There are 2 ways to earn: paid surveys and referrals. Tap one to read more.
Paid surveys25 to 500 points
M3 Panel has several paid surveys a week, sometimes several a day. You get an email for each one, so you only need the website to request a reward.
The invitation says how many points you can earn, how many minutes it takes, how long the survey is open, and whether you can do it on your phone or tablet. You get 25 points just for clicking the link, even if you do not qualify. If you are screened out halfway, you still get points for the time you spent.
Start with the profile surveys when you first log in. They match you with better surveys, and you can make around 1,000 points with them right away.
Referral program250 points
Share your referral link. You get 250 points once your referral has earned 300 points. Invite people who really want to earn from the site.

How much can you make?
M3 Panel pays pretty well for the time spent, from what I observed. You can easily and quickly make enough points for a voucher or whatever else you want. And you do not waste time on surveys you do not qualify for, because every click earns some points.
The time estimate in the invitation is pretty good, in my experience. On rare occasions, I got a broken link because of a technical issue, but it is very rare.
Like any other paid survey site, M3 Panel cannot make you enough money to live on. It can be a nice supplement for gifts or vouchers to buy food.
Rewards and how many points you need
| Reward | Points needed | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Lottery entries | From 50 | M3 Panel’s own lotteries. Prizes vary, for example a trip to a Premier League match or to Formula 1 in Monaco. |
| Products | From around 1,000 up to several thousand | M3 Panel pays the postage and packaging. |
| Vouchers | Around 2,000 | Supermarkets, shops and websites. I have used several myself. |
1,000 points are worth around $7-8 in your local currency. You can also donate your points to charity. The value and the reward options vary a bit by country.
M3 Panel does not pay in cash at the moment. If you prefer cash, see the top survey sites that pay through PayPal.
Is M3 Panel worth it in your country?
M3 Panel is only available in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Pick your country to see where M3 Panel stands on my list of the best sites there.

You are welcome.
This is an interesting way to earn a small amount of spending money. I have seen such sites in the USA, but this is the first in the Nordic countries. I realize that you do not get paid in cash, but if you get vouchers for places like supermarkets (who doesn’t eat), then it is almost as good as cash. I do not live in one of these countries, but it is nice to know that such opportunities exist there.
Bob
Hi Bob,
Yes it is great that M3 Panel offers vouchers to supermarkets. And as you say – who does not need to go the the supermarket once in a while:-)
Mikael
I live in Canada so I would never come across this survey product. Have you tried any others operating in North America?
I find you have to work your ass off just to make a few bucks, hardly making it worthwhile. I do like the idea of exchanging your points for products and gift cards/vouchers. Some of them operate pretty decent online stores. Thanks for this, really well done.
Hi Peter,
There are some really good options for paid survey sites in North America like for example PaidViewpoint and CashCrate. But you can also check my top 10 list to see which other sites there are in that area.
If you find the right sites, I think that it is definitely worth the time, and not very hard to make earn a bit extra. It will not be something to make a living from, but can be a great way to make a little extra cash or free products.
Mikael
Great Panel Paid Surveys for those live in Scandinavia countries. Nevermind the minus points about cash payout, the prize given for me still realistically rewarding. Win the chance to bag prizes like EPL matches giveaway and F1 Monaco trip is still considered as fantastic.
The guides is good completely written here. Your reviews of the application awesome. I bet Scandinavians will have full pictures of how this panel surveys worked. Better and looks genuine without all those “common” paid surveys hype that selling their marketing efforts with “lots of cash rewards” themes.
Thanks for your comment. I am glad you found the information useful. For me this is also a site where I do not care to much about the fact that it does not pay cash. Compared to many other sites that only offer points, M3 has some really nice vouchers and products that are as good as money.
