Warning: do not expect to ever get paid
When I tested Lucky Match, the closer I got to the $10 threshold, the harder it was to win anything. On its Google Play page, many players report the same: some kept playing for several months and still could not reach the threshold. The reviews of its developer, Rewardify, say the same thing. A reader who reached level 87 wrote in August 2024 that he still had not reached $10. I do not recommend this app. The sites I recommend instead are at the end of this review.
I tested Lucky Match to see if you can really win real money with it. It lets you win cash quickly at first, but it gets harder and harder to win as you near the $10 threshold. Below is what I found, and which apps I recommend instead.
Not worth your time: you should not expect to ever get paid
A Candy Crush-style game with scratch cards and sweepstakes. Winning gets harder and harder as you near the $10 threshold.

The short answer
Lucky Match is a mobile game that claims to offer the chance to win real money. When I tested it, it became harder and harder to win anything the closer I got to the $10 threshold, and many players on Google Play report the same.
You should never expect to get paid. Even if it does pay, it takes a lot of time to reach the threshold, and you watch a lot of ads along the way. In my opinion, you are only wasting your time.
- None that make it worth your time
- Has a couple of red flags
- You have to keep watching a lot of ads to keep playing
- Does not offer guaranteed earnings
- Winning gets harder as you near the $10 threshold
My experience with Lucky Match
I installed Lucky Match, played the game, used the scratch cards and checked the payout options and the reviews on Google Play. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

- The scratch cards, where I won cash after only a couple of levels

- A cashout. I did not reach the $10 threshold, and my review shows no payment from Lucky Match.

Is Lucky Match legit and safe?
Lucky Match is not a way to earn that I can recommend, because you should not expect to ever get paid. These are the red flags I found while testing it.
- Generous rewards at the beginning
I only played a couple of levels and won cash from the scratch cards. That makes the threshold look easy to reach. It is a typical strategy: the app makes it look easy to win money, so you keep playing and watching ads.
- Winning gets harder near the threshold
The closer I got to the $10 threshold, the harder it was to win anything. It almost feels like the game is rigged to stop letting you win cash prizes when you are nearing the threshold.
- Many players report the same
On Google Play, a lot of players say it is very hard to reach the threshold to withdraw. Some kept playing for several months and still could not reach it. The reviews of the developer, Rewardify, say the same thing.
- Sweepstakes are luck only
The $1,000 monthly prize sounds like a lot, but there is no guarantee you will ever win. It is not something you should expect to earn from.
- A lot of ads
You keep watching video ads to keep playing and to double your tokens. The app earns from those ads while you try to reach the threshold.
My takeYou will only be wasting your time trying to win real money from Lucky Match. You might eventually reach the threshold if you keep playing for several months, but that is just not a good use of your time. I have tested many win-real-money games that really let you win money, but they usually involve you spending a certain amount. You are better off with apps and sites that offer guaranteed ways to earn.
Lucky Match makes it hard to ever cash out. The top sites in your country offer guaranteed ways to earn.
See the best sites in your countryHow you supposedly earn on Lucky Match
There are three ways you can supposedly earn. None of them is a guaranteed way to get paid. Tap one to read more.
Playing the gameTokens, not cash
If you have played Candy Crush, this will feel very familiar. You match at least three tiles of the same symbol by sliding one sideways, upwards or downwards.
Every match earns you 1 token. Each level asks you to gather a certain number of tokens. Once you complete a level, you collect your tokens. You can double them by watching a video ad.
Scratch cardsCash, tokens or power-ups
You also get scratch cards, where you can win cash, tokens, or power-ups that help you complete levels quickly. Cash you win goes to your Lucky Match wallet.
This is where I won cash after only a couple of levels. Near the threshold, it became much harder to win anything.
Daily and monthly sweepstakesLuck only
You spend the tokens you earn on sweepstakes entries. One entry costs 2,500 tokens, for both the daily and the monthly sweepstakes.
The daily prize is $25, drawn every day at 9 PM EST. The monthly prize is $1,000, drawn at the end of every month at midnight EST. There is no guarantee you will ever win.
How you supposedly get paid
| Method | Minimum | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | $10 | Shown on the payout screen. I could not reach the threshold. |
| Gift cards | $10 | Certain gift cards, shown on the payout screen |
When I was testing the app, the closer I got to the $10 threshold, the harder it was to win anything. So I would say you should never expect to get paid. And even if it does pay, it takes a lot of time to reach the threshold, which is not an efficient way to earn.
