Is LootPrizes Legit or a Scam? (Full Review + Rating)

LootPrizes Rating

LootPrizes is not a bad site. However, it’s not that good either. It offers very low rewards. So, even though it has a decent number of earning opportunities available, it will still take a long time to earn a significant amount from it.

I tested LootPrizes to see if it is worth your time. It is a legit GPT site with plenty of offers, but the rewards are very low, and PayPal only unlocks after you have redeemed several rewards. Below is what I found, and which sites I would pick first.

Partially Tested Last tested

Legit, but very low rewards and no PayPal at first

Plenty of offers, but most pay only 30 to 60 points. Gift cards first, PayPal later.

Good for you ifYou want Amazon, Best Buy or Target gift cards and do not mind slow progress.
Skip it ifYou want to cash out to PayPal right away, or you want to earn a decent amount quickly.

The short answer

LootPrizes is legit. It really lets you earn rewards for completing offers, playing games and inviting friends.

But it offers very low rewards. Most offers pay only 30 to 60 points, so it takes a long time to reach a reward. PayPal is not available right away: you first have to be a member for a while and redeem several other rewards. In my opinion, it is not a bad site, but it is not that good either.

What I like
  • Available more or less worldwide
  • A good number of offerwalls, so you will not run out of offers
  • Gift cards from Amazon, Best Buy, Target and more
  • Works well in a mobile browser, with no pop-up ads
What I don’t like
  • Very low rewards: most offers pay 30 to 60 points
  • PayPal only unlocks after several redemptions
  • Few featured games, and they were all desktop games
  • No FAQ or Help page
  • No app

LootPrizes pays very little per offer. Most of the top survey and GPT sites in your country pay more and offer PayPal right away.

Is LootPrizes legit and safe?

Yes, LootPrizes is legit, because it really lets you earn rewards. But that does not automatically mean you should sign up. Here is what you should know before you join.

  • Very low rewards

Most offers pay only 30 to 60 points. Some pay 1,000 points or more, but they take quite a long time to complete. It takes a while to reach any reward.

  • PayPal is locked at first

You can only cash out to PayPal after you have been a member long enough and redeemed several rewards. LootPrizes says you must keep earning points so it can verify your account, but it does not say how many points you need.

  • Few featured games

When I tested the site, there were not many featured games, and they were all desktop games. You need a computer that can handle them.

  • No FAQ or Help page

The “How It Works” page only covers the basics. For any question about your account, you have to use the contact form.

  • Check your spam folder

When I signed up, the confirmation email landed in my spam folder instead of my inbox.

My takeIn my opinion, LootPrizes is not a bad site. However, it is not that good either. It offers very low rewards. So, even though it has a decent number of earning opportunities available, it will still take a long time to earn a significant amount from it. Plus, it will take some time before the PayPal option is available for you to cash out your earnings. So, if you want to earn cash, this is not the best option.

How you earn on LootPrizes

There are 3 ways to earn. Offerwalls are the main one. Tap one to read more.

OfferwallsMain earner
LootPrizes offerwall

Offerwalls promote websites and mobile apps through paid offers. Most offers ask you to play games, complete surveys or sign up for free trials.

Each offer has a set of instructions. If you miss one step, you do not get the reward, so read what the offer asks before you start.

There are a fairly good number of offerwalls, so you will not run out of offers. But the same offerwalls are also on other, more popular GPT sites.

Featured games200 to 300 points
Playing games on LootPrizes

Each featured game has requirements, usually to reach a certain level. You do not earn per minute played, so you have to really play the game.

When I tested the site, there were not many featured games, and they were all desktop games. It is less profitable than the offerwalls.

Referral program$1 per active referral
Referral program of LootPrizes

Share your referral link. Once your referral earns at least 500 points, you get $1.

It is a fairly easy condition, but only if the people you invite are really interested in earning on LootPrizes.

How much can you make?

Do not expect to earn a lot from this site. Most offers on the offerwalls pay only 30 to 60 points. Some pay significantly more, like 1,000 points or more, but they take quite a long time to complete. The featured games pay around 200 to 300 points.

So even though LootPrizes does not lack ways to earn, its earning potential is quite low. It takes quite some time before you can reach the threshold and redeem a reward.

How you get paid

RewardPoints neededNotes
Gift cards: Amazon, Best Buy, Target and moreDiffers per card. A €10 Amazon Europe card is 5,000 points. Some gift cards cost fewer points
Prepaid Mastercard or VisaHigher than most gift cardsConverted from your points
PayPalNot statedOnly after you have been a member long enough and redeemed several rewards

The payment system is relatively straightforward. But I am not a fan of LootPrizes not letting you cash out via PayPal right away.

If you want to cash out to PayPal right away, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.
