I have been paid by TGM Panel many times since I first tested it. It is legit and pays decently per survey, but the number of surveys has dropped a lot. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.

The short answer
TGM Panel is legit. It pays you to answer surveys, and I have been paid by it many times. It pays relatively well, you can cash out through PayPal, and it has panels in many countries, even where good survey sites are hard to find.
But the number of surveys has decreased significantly since I first tested it. Members all over the world tell me the same. Its earning potential has taken a serious hit, so join other survey sites too.
- Offers convenient payment methods
- Decent rewards
- Available in many countries
- Each survey shows its reward, time and if it works on mobile
- Quick replies from support, in my experience
- Limited earning opportunities
- Sometimes, it takes a bit of patience to find surveys you qualify for
- The threshold differs per country
- No app, and some surveys only work on a computer

Is TGM Panel legit and safe?
Yes, TGM Panel is legit. I have been paid by it many times. But that does not mean it is still worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- There are far fewer surveys now
TGM Panel used to have quite a good number of surveys. The opportunities have decreased significantly since I first tested it, and readers have written that they got no new surveys for weeks or months.
- Some older reports of payouts that did not arrive
In 2020 and 2022, a few readers wrote that a cashout did not arrive. In 2020, TGM Panel replied that its payment partner Cint had a global problem with PayPal payouts. Another reader wrote in 2021 that she never had a problem getting paid and that payouts are very fast. If a payout does not arrive, contact support.
- Your PayPal email must match
Your PayPal account must use the same email address as your TGM Panel account. If it does not, add your TGM Panel email address to PayPal.
- Only join your own country’s panel
Each country has its own panel and URL. You have to join the panel of the country you live in.
My takeTGM Panel used to be a good survey site. It pays relatively well and offers convenient payout methods. However, the opportunities have significantly decreased since I first tested it, so its earning potential has taken a serious hit, in my opinion. It can still be a site to join next to others, because it is easy to use and does not take much extra time.
How you earn on TGM Panel
There are 2 ways to earn, plus points for completing your profile. Paid surveys are the main one. Tap one to read more.
Paid surveysDecent pay per survey
Your dashboard shows every survey you can take, with the reward, how long it takes, whether it works on mobile and how long it has been available.
Take the newest surveys first. Each survey has a set number of respondents, and once that number is reached, the survey closes. You first answer qualifying questions. If you do not qualify, move on to the next survey.
Complete your profile through the gear button and “My Profile”. TGM Panel uses it to send you more surveys, and you earn points for completing it.
Referral program10% commission
Complete one survey and at least 80% of your profile to unlock your referral link. You get a 10% commission each time a referral requests a payment. If they earn $10 and cash out, you get $1. TGM Panel pays it, not your referral.
Readers in India wrote that the commission there is 20%.
How much can you make?
It depends on how many survey invites you get, how many surveys you complete and how much each one pays.
TGM Panel pays a decent amount per survey. It is not the highest-paying survey site I have tested, but it is decent enough.
But the opportunities have decreased significantly since I first tested it. Members all over the world tell me the same, so it is harder to earn a decent amount quickly.
Payout methods and minimums
| Method | Minimum | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | Depends on your country; around $10 to $12 in most | Up to 4 business days, usually faster. Your PayPal email must match. |
| GCodes | Depends on your country | A rewards platform where you redeem rewards or products |
| Amazon gift cards or phone top-ups | Depends on your country | Only in some countries |
1 point is worth 1 unit of the currency your country’s panel uses. Which payout methods you get depends on your country, but every country has decent options.

A reader who has never had a problem getting paid.

What about the verification method for TGM panel?
I do not use it anymore as it is no longer a good option, in my opinion. But most survey sites will ask you for some kind of verification at some point. The exact methods can vary from time to time and depending on your country.
I have 1 point in south africa but I have 60USD can I cash up
Not sure what you mean – if you only have 1 point, you do not have $60. Please explain a bit more. Thanks
Why my tgm has no new serveys available?
How many surveys that are available depends on your profile, and it will vary from time to time.
hi, they are offering 20% referral commission in India
Thanks for sharing.
Hi I’m a Canadian living in Pakistan. Can I do the surveys for Canada or does it have to be from the country I’m living in?
It has to be from the country you live in.
According to your information…I might consider trying it.
Let me know how it goes.
Hi Mikael
My experience with tgm has been very unrewarding.
First, at the point of testing how receivable the rewards are, I discovered we in Nigeria cannot receive money via PayPal.
Second, for the last 30 hours or so, I have been trying to receive air time to no avail.
So, please, review your information here to warn others
It is, in general, hard to find paid surveys in Nigeria. But fi you have problems with the payout option, you need to contact their support.
Hi Mikael, do you if TGM considers Cypriots and Cyprus eligible for the Greece option?
I do not think so but you need to ask their support o be sure.
Am from Ghana which one can i join

Thanks for sharing.
TGM is very good site for earning but I don’t understand more then 2 month no survey coming from TGM what’s the problem with them? It was helping me alot in my earning but now they not sending a single survey. Why?
You need to contact their support about this.
Hey Mikael. What about Jamaica. anything there for us?
You can check out this list of international options – these will be the best for you.
I tried using the link for Nigeria and it keeps showing me that the link is unsafe. Can you review the link and correct it if possible? Thanks though for the article dear Mikael.
Just checked the link and it works fine from here.
I received an e-mail about this situation in my junk mail! the reason why I took a second look, is it was from TGM and I do surveys for them. I just wanted to say I have never had a problem getting paid through them, they are very fast. Though other issues with their site now that’s a whole new ball game, I find(still is) a communication barrier, they do not understand the English language! I actually had correct his reply and sent it back to him explaining the correct way to say what he “was trying” to say in English, it was so messed up and very obvious it was a language barrier, He then had someone else send me a reply, someone who was a “little” better (this was a few months ago now, wish I had of kept it in a folder, I didn’t want to embarrass him he just needed some constructive criticism. As for this cint, TGM really should use better business ethics and stop throwing cint (under-the-bus) so-to-speak, and take responsibility for their website, TGM is the website we are doing these surveys for, if cint is one of their payment partners that should be kept between TGM and Cint, Not TGM always blaming Cint, It their site it’s their responsibility to deal with that issue in a professional manner. Other than that barrier I explained I enjoy the site the points add up fast, when I put in my redemption it takes no time at all, They are fast gutta give credit where credit is due!
Thanks for sharing your experiences about this Donna.
Your very Welcome
It took 5 months to get enough 10 USD. But when i requested to pay, they didn’t pay. When i asked, they said i could contact with Cint. Aha, i work to TGM but request Cint to payment. It sound irresponsible.
So, don’t waste your time for this site. Nothing you get!
Sorry to hear that. But I have been paid many times by TGM without problems. So there must be some kind of misunderstanding in your case. I would suggest you contact their support again or if they have suggested you contact another email, then do that. I am sure it will be possible to solve this as I know TGM is a legit panel as I have been paid by it myself many times.
Let me know how it goes.
bullshit
Cint has a globla problem with payment via PayPal. We informed all panelist via message on portal. If you need more information, please drop us email to [email protected]
thats so useful thank you, but i have a question, i earned 10$ and when i pressed on redeem it but then i did not get it why??
sometimes it takes a bit of time for the payment to be processed. But if you did not get a confirmation message, it is probably a technical error. So you need to contact their support about this. Let me know how it goes.
I am with a lot of sites and after doing some fast research on TGM I thought ‘ok I’ll give it a try”. Doing surveys is not a way to get rich, but the extra money does come in handy in my situation – when a person doesn’t have a cent, it helps. The more sites you are with the better – if you are not getting paid from one, your getting paid from another. I do have a favorite where I bring in at the very least $15 extra per week, it slows down sometimes but not for long. Not sure if I can mention the site so to be on the safe side I won’t. If I am able to just reply.
Thanks for sharing your experiences Donna. Great to hear about them. I definitely agree that it is great to be a member of several sites to make sure always to have opportunities.
You are more than welcome to share what your favorite sites is. Would be great to hear about – just please do not share links for it.

what page do you use? Which site is the best for you, for a long time I have been looking for a page that really gives results but I have not been successful. If you could help me, I would appreciate it.
which country do you live in Rebeca? Then I will be happy to suggest some options based on that.
Hey Mikael!I wanted to ask you if you do phone mystery shopping? It’s kind of nerve-wracking trying to figure out which ones to join and I trust your judgment so I just was wondering if you did them,if not I will keep doing my research and I still do my surveys according to your 41 best surveys list I refer to that all the time thank you for all your information you’re awesome!
Hi Angela,
I have not really used these options myself. I know there are some decent and legit ones out there. The thing is to just make sure to do everything carefully because if not, the work will not be approved and there will be no pay. And it can be a bit time-consuming as you have to go physically to different stores.
But if you live in a city where there a good number of these options, I think it can be a fun and differnt way to make a bit extra. I have just not tested many myself so cannot as such recommend any particular ones.
And thanks for the feedback – I am very glad to hear you trust my judgment and find my content helpful. Thanks.
