I tested CashDream, an Android app that says you can play mobile games and earn real money. It pays through PayPal, but there are very few games, the rewards are low and your account is locked to one device. Below is what I found, and which apps I would pick first.

I installed CashDream on Android and went through its featured games, referral program and payout options. This is what I looked at, and what I did not test.

Is CashDream legit and safe?
CashDream does look like a legit app, because you can get paid to play mobile games. But that does not make it worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- Very few games, low rewards
When I tested the app, there was only one featured game. Each game has a fixed number of tasks, and the rewards are on the low side. $1 to PayPal takes 27,300 diamonds.
- Your account is locked to one device
You do not register, so your account is locked to the device you install the app on. If you uninstall the app or switch phones, you lose all your earnings.
- Open games from My Apps
Always open a featured game from the My Apps section in CashDream. Otherwise, CashDream cannot track your progress, and you do not get your diamonds.
- Hardly any support
There is no help or FAQ section and no contact form. The only contact is an email address on its Google Play page: [email protected].
My takeI do not recommend you join CashDream. It is simply not worth it. It has a very low earning potential, so it will take a very long time before you can earn a decent amount from it. You are better off investing your time in sites or apps with better earning potential.
CashDream pays very little for your time. These sites in your country pay a lot more.

Playing featured mobile gamesLow
Tap “Earn Money” to see the featured games. When I tested the app, there was only one, which I found weird, because other apps like this usually show several.
Pick a game, install it from Google Play, and always open it from the My Apps section so CashDream can track your progress. Each game has a fixed number of tasks, usually reaching a certain level. When you complete a task, you get diamonds.
You can move on to another game at any time. The diamonds from the tasks you completed stay in your balance. Some of the featured games can be quite spammy.
Referral program15% / 10% / 5%
Share your invite link or referral code. Your referral gets 250 diamonds. You earn a 15% commission when your referral earns by playing games, 10% on the people they invite, and 5% one level further.
It is a fairly decent way to earn passively, but it is a tough sell, because the app is not really worth recommending to your friends. For better options, see the best reward apps.
How much can you make?
Very little. There are not a lot of featured games, so the diamonds you can earn are limited. And the rewards are on the low side.
You have to spend a lot of time playing to earn enough diamonds for a decent amount. In my opinion, you are better off investing your time in apps or sites with better earning potential.
